First it said my package would be here Monday then Tuesday this was fine I’ll be patient even though I paid for express shipping and now it’s delayed due to weather worst thing is it’s sunny out.

My packages are always delivered Communication is a two way street, most people think they said....... but they don’t My packages always get delivered

Always gets delivered which is the only thing I expect

Worst customer service I have Evey experienced. Was transfered to a manager who would tell me one thing which I would repeat back and then he would tell me I was wrong and say exactly the opposite. Somehow in his eyes all customers are in the wrong. It was the most assinine conversation I have ever had the opportunity to be part of.

They could not deliver the package despite have a sticker that means that they can leave the package at my door. So now the package is on the complete other side of the city for pickup. There is no way to get there via transit. Poor service.

My order never delivered which I ordered from Amazon. I waited a week over for my shipment. When called customer service they replied shipment stated you moved to new address. They don’t even advised customer about what their drivers said or mentioned on package.

Poor tracking system. Today is March 6. The online tracking system displayed delivery status on March 4???? What kind of delivery is this slow?

Drivers do not know how to operate a simple buzzer. Contacted customer service the same day of 1st attempt gave, instructions on how to buzz me for the next business day delivery....no delivery for next business due to updated instructions including buzz code. Had to wait 3 extra days to get package because driver couldn't navigate a simple buzzer.

I had a very timed parcel that you guys were carrying and no one except the drop off point let me knos where it was. It's $5000worth of medication that can't be kept out of a fridge for more than 24 hours. Way to go. Too bad you can't give a no star review

Needed ship important documents expediantly, shipped from Purolator in Boucherville, QC at 8:00am to arrive next day in Dartmouth, NS. Shouldn't too hard, paid $30 to sent an envelope, could these guys deliver? NOPE! Don't waste your time and money on these guys, terrible!

Not steady on regular delivery

Service is awful live in hamilton package comming from Toronto was shipped to Winnipeg. The package was supposed to be here monday now Wednesday and still not here not satisfied at all.Too bad I have to pick a star because they dont even rate a star in my books.

1 day Express delivery still not there on day 4 so far...

Don't arrive for delivery, but tracking message says delivery attempted and unable to deliver. Poor service
