Package from amazon never delivered. Never update the status. Ordered for 1 days delivery and waited for 3 days hopelessly.

in Anjou, they « access » your building 1 in 10 times, and when they do, even if you have 2 elevators in the building, the driver couldn’t careless of your stuff being left at the entrance of 250 people and + building ... I just can’t wait for Amazon to offer more carriers and get rid of them to deliver a few heavier packages. and they ALWAYS serve the same reason « if your building is unaccessible or the package cannot be left out securely » geez! they can get trough the doors but to the elevator 5 feet away and bring it to YOUR door, laziness that’s what it is....

Terrible service. They do not make any effort to deliver. They would rather have you take the time of your day to pick up your orders yourself. And even that, comes with an additional waiting period... VERY inconvenient. Terrible customer service. Unbelievable for a federal agency. If I could have rated the service less, I would have.

I have no idea how you stay in business. Shipment from Nelson to Vancouver. Tracking system indicates it arrived in Vancouver 6 days ago and still not delivered. No response to enquiries. I won’t be ordering anything online if Purolator is the carrier.

Other carriers at least update delivery status daily. also do not take as long to ship to BC from Ontario. Also does not deliver to my door. other carriers do. I live in the country. so overall not impressed

My labels ALWAYS ask the driver to buzz my apartment before arriving at my door. They ABSOLUTELY REFUSE to do this. They each say that is not their job when the door to the building is open. This is not acceptable and when I have called to complain about this service and have received a case #, no one returns my call. Shame on you !!

First time using purolator and they lost my packag,they have no idea where it is. Customer service was useless. Too bad I couldn't rate them lower. I'll never use them again. The package was an important prescription.

Incompétent The 18 feb the driver didn’t find my street the 19 feb they forgot to put my package in the delivery truck then t’il me it would be in the truck in the 24 feb didn’t receive my daughter birthday present then I card back this morning in the 25 feb and they can’t find the package anymore Purolator should close they’re door The worst compani Imcompetant Bunch of imbecile

Waited 3 days,, Friday the driver didn’t find my street si it was suppose I be in the Monday delivery I call Monday my package wasn’t on the delivery truck And suppose to be on the Tuesday truck I took 2 days off from work so lost $400 for not working And the only answer I had was we’re sorry

Purolator is the worst. They often claim that the address is incomplete or that no one was home without even trying to buzz my apartment. I think it’s because the delivery people are too lazy to walk into the building or they’re trying to finish their shift early.
