Needed this delivered the next day. Paid for 1 day delivery on a Thursday. Arrived on the Monday. Little more than 1 day

J’ai reçu mon colis avant la date prévue!

Ordered from Amazon on Feb 12th with Prime. Parcel was to be delivered originally Feb 14th then delayed until Feb 16th. Got another notification that it didn't ship until the 16th, was expected now on the 19th. When the 19th came and went O got another notification that it wouldn't be here until the 20th or 21st. 5:40pm on Feb 21st still no parcel and tracking info just tells me a shipping label was created on the 16th. Smh.

My parcel has been redirected 3 times without my authorization causing me to loose time at work and wages because of their mistakes Time lost... gas waisted The last time our company will use them

If only amazon would stop using purolator, my life would be so much easier.

Horrible, I made one order, it turned into 2 different deliveries..

Horrible customer service . something so simple as leaving a note on my package for the driver was impossible ! I now understand why people yolde to use Fed ex instead

Package label created 4 days ago and we still cannot track it any further, no further updates or notifications

Never left a note or notified me as a result rescheduled for delivery and missed my daughter birthday gift

Too many mistakes for us to remember the good... too many missed opportunities

Driver on our route regularly does not exit his vehicle before saying that he could not get access to our building. We even have him on camera doing it

Worst service ever. Drivers don’t ring my doorbell. Don’t leave a notice at door. It’s super disappointing

Everytime i expect a delivery, it's no where to find. And never heard them knock the door. But when check the delivery update. It's delivered: Left at Door. Where's is my package!!! One time my neighbor from 10 blocks away bring my package because Purolator left at her door.

Amazon should not use this delivery service. Always excuses not to deliver on time. They are now 2 days late ! Employees often leave a delivery attempt card on our mail box despite the fact that my girlfriend and I both work from home. Pathetic !

Was supposed to receive my package on Monday was paid express we are now Thursday and no sign of my package yet !!!
