Very Slow service from Amazon numerous times I get a sorry your package will be late message..Hard to put your trust in these guys.plus they never bring package to your door..they leave out in open where it can get stolen..have had this problem a few times already.

Claims to have attempted to deliver my order at 1:30 on a weekday...I work from home 9-4, no one tried to deliver anything. Laziest delivery company on the planet. Get out of your truck and do your job.

parcel was picked up and sorted February 7 in Toronto and 4 days later on February 1, they can not tell me where it is. It fell off the radar (or out of the poney's saddlebag)in Toronto

Never seem to be able to deliver when expected.

Well I think they well over charge for there services. $35 to send a letter to Quebec...

Compamy that should be shut down !! Never ever received any delivery from them, never received any calls to open the door. Always prepare yourself for a journey to get your belongings!!

Said my packages would be here and now its saying in 2 weeks? Where did it go to someone else first?

Worst courier service company ever

Three times they promised to come and pick a prepaid package and they never showed up

Horrible service waited all day watched the truck drive by and tracking says I was not available . Am I supposed to sit in the street all day and wait? Now package is damaged this keeps getting worse by the minute

Slowest shipping with amazon...

I’d rank Purolator and Canada Post as by far the worst delivery companies in North America.

My package left the original country (China) to Canada on January 16/20 and still the info is the same
