Purolator Canada reviews

Horrendous service. I've had issues where the delivery person made no attempts to deliver, then they wanted me to go 15kms to get my package. Tracking of parcel has little to no info. Packages are sometimes delivered before tracking is updated.

Ordered a package, and was supposed to arrive today. The tracking online says they tried to contact me for delivery, but I have no emails, no calls, and no notice on my door. I then 8 hours later had to go onto the purolator website directly only to find a message saying it is to heavy and I need to schedule an appointment for delivery. There is no where for me to schedule and appointment and instead say I will be contacted to reschedule. I still have yet to hear from anyone in any format about delivery, and they have put twice that they've tried to contact me.

My last two deliveries from Amazon with you people have been an absolute nightmare chasing them around waiting days and days.

Mechanical problem as usual

Anytime i get a package through purolator they leave and dont call ke and say the adress is wrong no matter what i put in the special instructions

The delivery is going to be late. The status shows that the label has been picked up 2 days ago and that since then nothing happened - the item has not moved. I tries calling, but getting only the busy signal. According to chat hours, it is live at this time, however there is no link/button - an option to start a chat. I feel helpless, nothing else left but to wait for the item, however late it comes... And I need it to come as promised!

Slow service and doesnt give up to date tracking info. Wish I could have chosen method of delivery when I ordered my item

YOU HAVE ONE JOB. DELIVER THE PACKAGE ON TIME. YOU FAILED AGAIN

They have now twice not been able to make a delivery because they "cant find my house" you have one job puralator. Kinda be how a delivery person cant find somone house.

These guys cheat to save their time and want us to run to their office for picking our package. Very poor and non professional attitude.

Whenever the signatures are required the delivery guy never rings the door bell. He just sticks the notice on door and leaves. Most irresponsible behavior.
