The staff in the Kelowna location are amazing and efficient, very knowledgeable and have a sense of humour. Would definitely recommend using this location!

it's been awhile since puralator screwed up a delivery on me, 22 years ago delivering bell telephones ( cell phones )

One of the worst Courier services around. When people use them.to ship, I rarely get my packages on time and they lie about it. Last time they said they attempted delivery at 4:30pm but no one was there.... at my office. I never use them by choice.

I cringe when I purchase online and the store ships purolator. I know that it probably won't be delivered to my house, thus I will have to pickup at the depot. And it will be late as usual.

They deliver my parcels late and or they send it to the wrong address. They don't seem to know the difference between North and South.

I for one had great efficient service maybe it is the local delivery man? He is friendly, smiles a lot and always comes at about the same time, no complaints.
