Purolator Canada reviews

They never give you time to answer. They ring the intercom once and then leave. My intercom rings to my phone, and if I can't pick it up I can't open the door. I feel they do this on purpose so they don't have to actually walk up the stairs to deliver your package if your not home. Very bad custt service.

I would give 0 stars if it would let me, but, 1 will have to do. Got an email yesterday at 7am stating my package was on the truck awaiting delivery. Waited all day, no package. Checked the tracking info at 9pm.it said delivery delayed due to weather.It was raining. That's it, just rain. So much for delivery, if it's halted due to rain. Very sad service.

Really slow service! More than 5 days for a shippement

Very poor service, a very small package would take 2weeks back and forth just because it needs a signature, delivery men never bother to knock and they should have mobile phones to call the number because the person inside is waiting for the parcel, what if the person is in the washroom then it would take forever to receive the parcel

Awful service...courier is coming and if the front door of the building is closed the won't contact you... just require for you to come and pick your order... and there are not a lot of locations in the city

Terrible and Lazy Service. I have had multiple packages delivered to me before and never had a problem. I even received one yesterday. Yet, Purolator allegedly tried to ship my package three times today and did not bother to call me at all. Now I have to wait another day to receive a package that easily could have arrived today.
