Customer service was exceptional!

There was no weather in particular, nor natural disaster on Friday Jan 17 2020 that would have delayed any delivery. Just being lame.

there is not enough information about trackings. I checked online and it says that my package is in Vancouver, but that was 5 days ago, where is it now???? That’s what a tracking number is for! There is no excuse for not having that information! Shipping prices are insane, we should have at least a good tracking service.

Poor service. Courier never did attempt to contact before leaving the note.

Always fast but hate that they do not do rural. But that life in the maritimes

Terrible Service!! I should of had my package mailed; I would have received it days ago. Still have not received my package. I have been waiting since Monday January 13th, 2020 and it was on the vehicle at 1057 leaving Victoria on Friday January 17th, 2020. I was assured I would get it today and now I have to wait till Monday January 20th, 2020. I was told I could pick it up at the warehouse. Did I mention, I paid to have the package expedited. This is the last time I deal with Purolator.

Got a buzzer yesterday at 3:35PM, picked up a buzzer but they guy never showed up on the door or leave the package in front of my apartment. At night, saw a delivery door tag on apt’s lobby’s door saying that package will be ready for pickup today at 1PM. Made my way to get to the pickup location today (located on 5012 Smith Ave) after work although I’m super hungry, but turned out my package is not even there yet! It’s my daily contact lenses and I really need it soon, but I didn’t get notifications whatsoever informing me about the delay of my package delivery. So disappointing.

Shipment did not arrived on schedule. Gift not received. Very disappointed!

Been sitting home all day waiting on a package that was placed on a truck this morning,so what do I have to do now?? Take another day off work..

Pire compagnie de livraison au canada qui me fait même vouloir me désabonner de Amazon. Les livreurs frappent même pas a la porte de fois.

Extremely difficult to deal with. Pick up location is a 30 min + trip from my house.
