If I could give a negative 5 I would. Worst delivery company ever. You have to work harder then their delivery staff in order to get your parcel. They also have a system that makes zero sense. Many times, they state attempted delivery at a time I was home, or they leave a tag with the incorrect pick up location, so when you arrive it’s not even there. They also will leave incorrect dates, stating your pick up is ready when it’s not. I even have left notes giving permission to leave my package, they simply redeliver all the way back to the warehouse without leaving a delivery slip and note following my request to leave the parcel. These are just a few of my issues with them.

Always late on their delivery never gotten item on time

Very bad service ,delivery driver is always impatient didnt left a notice when nobody to receive at home

I have had numerous parcels delivered and they are always on time, tracking site updated and parcels in good condition. What more do you need?

332120978496 Well now my package that I paid big rate to have delivered, is now been on truck for delivery in thunder Bay on CA for over 44hrs. Been on the local delivery truck now Spence 01/06/2020 Finally called Purolator and now I need to pick up myself, for I was told "it probably be quicker for you to pick it up yourself" I ask What purpose does Purolator delivery driver specialist have if customer's need to pick up delivery packages themselves because Purolator in thunder Bay on CA is totally unprofessional s !!!! Amazon please find another delivery agent, one that's professional and has more knowledge of how a business should operate, not this comical predictable incompatible delivery co such as the failure Purolator is !!!!!!! Never again !!!!!!

332120978496 Tracking indicate package on truck for delivery at 1238 on Jan 07,2020 It's 2042 on Jan 07,2920 no delivery Guess in a city with 150k residents and can drive across city in under 45 min. It takes a professional Purolator driver to get it done in just under 24hrs on truck for delivery. Great job Purolator professional driver. Canpar beat you by over 12hrs and that order was placed a whole business day after Purolator. You should be so proud of the great professional's that work for this trend setting co. Such a pleasure, to have waited and waited, thanks for this great privilege and honour of being your Patsy for 24hrs plus

I wish you could pick negative stars. They don’t deserve 1 star.

On truck all day then get bs notices "due to weather" and gets delayed another day,yet weather is fine,last 3 times,bad service and they wait till after the delivery time to update

I am very disappointed with the currier for the Trail BC area a number of times we have ordered on line and paid for door to door delivery only to have our parcels dumped off at a pick up place in another town that we have to go get. When I know that they have made no attempt to deliver it to my house. I have expressed my displeasure with Purolator to both Amazon and Sports Check. As I understand I am not the only one this is happening to. The driver dumps all the packages off at the pick up place and then doesn’t have to do any deliveries and still gets paid. The last parcel I had to contact Sports Check because it was 6 days overdue and we had not heard any thing they checked it out and said the driver tried to deliver it and contact us but could not. This is a bunch of bull as my wife works from home and was home every day and I have security cameras that record people coming and going from our house and there was no delivery truck at all in that time. I gave it 1 star only because it would not let me pick 0 stars

I was suppose to receive a parcel from Purolator yesterday. Driver said receiver was inexcessible. I’m not sure what that means as the streets of Salmon Arm and my driveway were clear. There is no reason the driver could not make it up my driveway. Either the driver was delivering to a wrong location, decided not to deliver or made a false excuse. In any case I’m not satisfied with the service. I did check with purolators office to confirm what happened. I was told that the driver was unable to deliver because receiver was inexcessible. I was home at 3:28 pm when the delivery was suppose to happen. This will be the last time I will use purolator to deliver to my home address.

The worst shopping service ever seen. I’ve received a notification that my order has been successfully delivered but nothing found

I'm trying to track my shipment, to no avail can I get an answer. Having worked with Purolator I can only say, you have not improved your service, that is really sad, you promise excellent service but dont deliver.

Nothing ever works!

If there was an option for less than 1 star I would use that. I sent an envelope for overnight delivery and in 3 business days it still has not arrived. When we called to track it we were told that they are unsure when it will be delivered.
