On truck all day then get bs notices "due to weather" and gets delayed another day,yet weather is fine,last 3 times,bad service and they wait till after the delivery time to update

I am very disappointed with the currier for the Trail BC area a number of times we have ordered on line and paid for door to door delivery only to have our parcels dumped off at a pick up place in another town that we have to go get. When I know that they have made no attempt to deliver it to my house. I have expressed my displeasure with Purolator to both Amazon and Sports Check. As I understand I am not the only one this is happening to. The driver dumps all the packages off at the pick up place and then doesn’t have to do any deliveries and still gets paid. The last parcel I had to contact Sports Check because it was 6 days overdue and we had not heard any thing they checked it out and said the driver tried to deliver it and contact us but could not. This is a bunch of bull as my wife works from home and was home every day and I have security cameras that record people coming and going from our house and there was no delivery truck at all in that time. I gave it 1 star only because it would not let me pick 0 stars

I was suppose to receive a parcel from Purolator yesterday. Driver said receiver was inexcessible. I’m not sure what that means as the streets of Salmon Arm and my driveway were clear. There is no reason the driver could not make it up my driveway. Either the driver was delivering to a wrong location, decided not to deliver or made a false excuse. In any case I’m not satisfied with the service. I did check with purolators office to confirm what happened. I was told that the driver was unable to deliver because receiver was inexcessible. I was home at 3:28 pm when the delivery was suppose to happen. This will be the last time I will use purolator to deliver to my home address.

I'm trying to track my shipment, to no avail can I get an answer. Having worked with Purolator I can only say, you have not improved your service, that is really sad, you promise excellent service but dont deliver.

If there was an option for less than 1 star I would use that. I sent an envelope for overnight delivery and in 3 business days it still has not arrived. When we called to track it we were told that they are unsure when it will be delivered.

Worst shipping company I've ever had to deal with, all because my buildings buzzer doesnt work and they dont have "company phones" no shipping company I've dealt with ever had a company phone they call me from their personal phone. I had two live agents tell me it would be at the mobile truck at a specific date and then I get told no it wont be there, apparently it takes 24-48 hours for the depot to process it but I've had 3 statuses since telling me the same thing incorrect address no entry code everyday since!, I took work off expecting to pick up my package that apparently won't be there now!, purolator you need to fix your issues. Worst and I mean worst company ever!!!!!!!!

I dropped off a parcel on Thu (Dec 26) at Staples, paid for air delivery fm Edmonton to Burlington to be received at destination on Sat. As of Dec 30, the Purolator website shows last updated Dec 27 (parcel at sorting facility in Edmonton). As I paid for air delivery to be delivered on Sat, where is my parcel?
