Worst shipping company I've ever had to deal with, all because my buildings buzzer doesnt work and they dont have "company phones" no shipping company I've dealt with ever had a company phone they call me from their personal phone. I had two live agents tell me it would be at the mobile truck at a specific date and then I get told no it wont be there, apparently it takes 24-48 hours for the depot to process it but I've had 3 statuses since telling me the same thing incorrect address no entry code everyday since!, I took work off expecting to pick up my package that apparently won't be there now!, purolator you need to fix your issues. Worst and I mean worst company ever!!!!!!!!

I dropped off a parcel on Thu (Dec 26) at Staples, paid for air delivery fm Edmonton to Burlington to be received at destination on Sat. As of Dec 30, the Purolator website shows last updated Dec 27 (parcel at sorting facility in Edmonton). As I paid for air delivery to be delivered on Sat, where is my parcel?

Ordered something Dec 18 over night shipping it hit wpg Dec 23 have not had any scans or updates since customer service has been no help

Literally never arrives when they say it will. Latest example is paid $64 for expedited over night delivery for a set of keys. 4 days later and they still haven’t arrived. Absolute worst and staff always insist it will arrive on time but never once has. Stay away and go with UPS or Fed Ex.
