You are the worst bunch I've ever dealt with....

Attempted delivery to a business on a Sunday lol stupid lousy service. Use professionals bald call UPS or Fed Ex

Very poor service

Parcel didnt show up when I was told it would very disappointed because I spent a lot to have it delivered the next day.

If I order q package and miss its delivery, its not reaonable that I need to go to a DIFFERENT CITY to pick it up! Especially when there’s a purolator outlet at the nearest major intersection! I choose FedEx!

Second time Purolator reported they could not deliver because no one home. Clearly inaccurate since I was home all day. Driver probably didn't have time and lied.

Customer service lady was rude and not helpful, said there wasn’t a purolator drop off in my town when there is. Finally got my package no thanks to them.

No update on package in 2 days

Awful service, not only do you not deliver where other companies, like UPS deliver to in Canada, but you also don't accommodate your customers by leaving the parcel at the nearest office without major hassle.

Counter people not people friendly. Barely helpful Can not find were the package was shipped from

Not good service late delivery and somebody change the expected thing day just like that really

Delivery guy was lazy didnt bother knocked the door just left the noticed , and yet I was home waiting.
