Well I'm expecting a delivery today. But I try to track my parcels and they haven't updated their system since Friday of last week. I have no idea why they offer that option if they don't take care of it and update it everyday. Like it can't be that hard

After their failure to deliver my parcel they asked for 2 dollars to get a online chat with assistant!!

Has been delivering to the wrong address in my town, obviously the driver can't read English aswell has damaged items that cost a few hundred dollars. Currently waiting today may 2nd 2024 for a package that was apparently picked up a 10:00am this morning and still hasn't been delivered but could be at the wrong address again

Paid for Express 1 day delivery. I day was highlighted on our receipt. Parcel did not arrive until day 4! And unable to talk to anyone as it was over the weekend.

My tracking has stalled out and my package hasn’t moved for a week. I’ve sent messages through the online petal and called and been told it will be sent out to be delivered but it still hasn’t moved. It was supposed to be delivered on the 18th and it is the 24th
