Time and time again. All I hear is sorry your parcel is late because it missed its connection. Or why does it sit in the depot for 5 days that is a 20 min drive from me.

I gave a low score because as an avid shopper online with Amazon, EBay, Waifair, I experience several different couriers. Mots of them are very good with tracking. I ordered some fitness equipment on April 11th and as I wait it is now the 17th, there has only been one update which was on Sunday April 14th. It showed arrived in Ontario and that’s it. Nothing more! And the scheduled date for delivery is Apr 19th. I know from experience and hundreds of deliveries it certainly does not take 5 days to come to Saskatchewan. Intelcom has deliveries from Ontario coming in 2 days. What does it just sit there? I thought Purolator was supposed to be a superior company with many years in business. But as of now they have fallen way below the standards of most of the other couriers out there. I hope they can get up to speed in deliveries and tracking.

My package was picked up on March 27th and the last « news » regarding its transit was April 2nd. Hopeless trying to use this online service- flooded with ads and links that take you everywhere EXCEPT Purolator. Only gave it one star because there was nothing lower available.

Not very helpful I cannot find where my package went or what happened to it I have ordered several things this way and I don’t get them it’s not very good service as far as I’m concerned it is piss poor

Had several packages supposedly delivered to my address or stated they can't be delivered and returned to the facility and when providing customer support and given the info for tracking they have nothing for me as they've somehow managed to ship it elsewhere

Purolator has always been terrific for their service. I find that if a delivery service is at times late with delivery, they might have had unforseen issues along the way. I do admit that 5 days is a bit much. For me, the service was always 95% accurate.

I thought Intelecom was the worst delivery company until dealing with Purolater. They should change the name to see you later because they are already three days late. Don’t deal with this sub standard deliVery company unless you have multiple days to waste waiting. I would give them a minus 20 rating if I could.

Very bad service they delivered 5 days later then what they said.

They had to deliver my order on Friday and today is Monday no one showed up or they even didn't call

This company sucks they post our for delivery and never shows up, never again with this company
