The absolute WORST!! Lying about recipient being unavailable; tracking non-existent; nine days since order was placed and still no sign of package; misleading information. ANY OTHER CARRIER!

Well my parcel was to arrive April 20 and we are no May 5 and it’s still in Toronto like seriously why do I pay for Prime delivery and I need to wait this long for my parcel!! Discusting if u ask me! So mad right now

Always complicated, don’t try more than drop/leave. It is funny because it’s the only shipping company that I always have problem with. Big company, poor service.

Delivery always here on day they say

Cost way too much for service. Driver said pick up place was closed. Now package will be delayed. BS.

Terrible service, packages never arrive on time. Always delayed seems like every package get routed to the wrong facility and in the wrong direction!!

Lazy delivery drivers. Drops parcels at their convient location instead of where it is really supposed to go. This has happened to me 3 times so far. I had to drive miles to collect my parcel.

Very late on delivery. Little to no info on where my package is. Ph # is answered by a fax tone. Online Info tells me its available for pickup in castlegar but no address is supplied for pick up. No alternate pick up locations available. Parcel was ordered on Amazon and delivery was estimated 10 days ago…still haven’t received it. I find that ever time a seller uses purolator the package is very late or lost. I don’t know how this currier stays in business.

Always late but this time to mutch late still editing my package didn't receive it and my special day went without wearing my new clothes

No updates given on my package. Customer service closed before 4:30pm. Ridiculous.
