Worst customer service & delivery. Pkg shipped April 20 from Tofino BC it is now may 10 & it’s still not here in Sherwood Park. Called customer service several times & they had no idea when it would be delivered.

Brutal delivery service. Poor assistance and response to lost package.

Getting my package took 8 days following the date of the first day it went out for delivery. As well, the virtual assistant could never understand the tracking "letters". The service reps were very helpful trying to decode the tracking info which was often wrong. In a nutshell, a nightmare.

Slow mostly always late

Delivered earlier than expected. Appreciated the extra effort to locate my Condo unit which is a bit tricky unless you’re familiar with the complex. Thank you.

I have a ton of stuff delivered from Amazon. I get the worst delivery when they use Purolator. I follow tracking and it said out for Delivery on Friday and it was delivered on Monday so I lost 4 days of work waiting for delivery of a $35 item. I tried to get Amazon to not use Purolator but no such luck.

Nothing is done right.

Sub standard service. If you can’t do the job DON’T TAKE IT On

puralator where is my package more than 1 month until now is in burlington, i call to the puralator costumer service it says return to sender nobody will receive in my address if nobody in home why you don’t leave a notice for pick up that is cer important from fido please cooperate, if there’s is zero star i put zero?

Purolater does not deliver to households in my area where all other courier services do. It’s very inconvenient and I request merchants/shippers not to use Purolater but they sometimes do causing mix-ups and delays.

Late again with package, no idea if or when it will come?‍♂️☺️No updates once it goes past the delivery date!????

Left at the wrong house. Was to go to 4904-49st. And went to 5004-49st.not impressed with the delivery. It was a good thing I new the person
