they lost my package i guess… nothing moved and it been on “package received, in transit ” for the past 3 weeks

What a Joke ! It takes 2 days to deliver something ? That was suppose to have arrived on May 11 we are now may 13 and no item to be seen......

Lost item! It's not the first time this has happened! Irresponsible company! Close your office if you can't do your job!

Package picked up Monday and still sitting in sorting facility in Toronto .... wow great service, this is bull....

Can’t get accurate info. Why is it taking so long. I thought it would be faster than Canada post. That’s why I requested purolater. Last time. I can’t get a hold of anyone!! Ugh! ?

No customer service available and no tracking. WHERE IS MY PACKAGE???? Good thing they have an app with no information to keep me busy while I wait for the driver that is not showing up...

Will I ever get my packages? Calling and calling. Never getting results. Amazon sellers should not use purolator.

Dissappointed that I don’t even get called, to be updated about the delay of my delivery, just take down purolator, y’all garbage

Can't track package, just says wait for delivery. FedEx and the others tell you where the delivery is and that it's on the truck. With Purolator, nothing.

Worst customer service ever! Took a day off just to wait for my package, never delivered on the day, no call to CB let v me know what’s going on, nothing! Very disappointed!

Not delivered on date stated a day wasted waiting for the parcel, not impressed !!

Extremely disappointed was expexting a package got a notification it was out for deliverly at 11:30 am i live in an apartment building so i went down and sat at the main entrence to wait for my package to be delivered it never showed up and at 4:45pm i checked my tracking again and it said exception i called my local drop off location where packages are droped off for pick up and was told that they had tried to deliver at 4:30pm i informed them i have sitting at the main entrence to my building waiting for over 4.5 hours and no one has showed up i now have to wait till tomorrow and go pick up my package as the drop off office is now closed and i was told all door tag items get droped off in the morning i am very upset they did not even try to deliver and marked my package as unable to deliver and now i have to go to the wear house and pick it up tomorrow

Still waiting for my package and the updates for my tracking number tell me nothing
