Purolator Canada reviews

My Purolator driver is awesome when delivering my parcels.

Lol, Purolator is a joke. Put in an order from a retailer last week, it got "shipped" on Monday and STILL HASN'T BEEN PICKED UP from the retailer yet. Wtf?? 4 days and COUNTING. So now I have no idea when I'll get my order since the eta on the retailers site "magically" went from May 20th to 'Delivery date information will be available once details are provided by the carrier.' Later on today. Good job, Purolator.

So far the tracking is horrendous. Supposed to go from Mississauga, Ontario to Sault Ste. Marie, Ontario. On second day of shipping, site shows "delay missed connection". Now on third day of shipping, site shows it departed Toronto Hub Centre. Now on fourth day there is no update on location but route map shows it somewhere in Northwest Territories or Yukon Territories!!! Hope I eventually receive shipment.

Still waiting for my package…

It says delivered but showing still in Port Kells. So you told Amazon it was delivered and package is not moved for 2 days . Your not a good courier they need to change to another courier service .

I have paid to expedite my shipment and have been looking at it unmoved for a week. I will submit a formal review once it shows up

It is impossible to track my item. Your website to help customers is absolutely useless. It simply goes on circles and eventually tells you that I can start tracking item. When it's picked up. Right!!

Item been waiting 3 days now for pick up to be delivered 90 minutes away. Cannot believe I paid extra for this awful service

You changed the way we could call in for pick up. Went from one minute to 20-30 minutes. This is NOT customer service.

Only a day late in a rural area, not bad

Anytime I get anything shipped to me by Purlator it happens to go “missing” either mechanical breakdown or something it never makes it to me. Tried contacting them many of times and my call heat gets hung up on

Order is 4 days late due to "delay due to missed connection in transit" 4 times in a row?‍♀️

The local agent doesn’t deliver to my door anymore since Christmas time? Messages received gives location of “delivered” parcel that is 100 km from my doorstep! Useless info!

Terrible lack of info on where my parcel has been for the past week! No location info provided with comments on Amazon!

The new address which is two years old was given to purolator and the jerk still went to the old address and I’ve been sitting and waiting all day. Plus now I’m on hold listening to the crappiest music waiting for a non existent representative. Purolator is the worst
