Worst service ever ,unhelpful when you call and tell lies to get you off the phone.

Contacted Purolator on short notice to request my parcel be delivered to the back of the house. Driver did so and even brought it inside my door. Great, responsive service!

Worst service ever been sitting at the same place for four days and says due to missed connection still there a week later they likely lost the package and are not saying that and I agree with everyone information on the site when you put in the tracking number is false

I’ve tried multiple times to track my package, and it has not worked. I was already disappointed when I found out purolator was shipping my items.

Absolutely garbage service. The drivers must be retarded they can't even do thier job properly. Worst delivery company I have ever dealt with.

Seems like Purolator is doing nothing to locate my package.....5 days gone, emails are not being answered and no idea who else to talk to. Very disappointed.

Parcel arrived in Toronto May 25- today it is showing parcel is in Calgary Alberta!! Seriously I live 2 hours from Toronto- why is it now in Calgary??

Worst service ever. Left my 1350$ tower garden in boxes that say what it is. On the front strep, no warning no nothing. And ppl have been stealing packages from here before too. And the price for delivery is just ridiculous compared to Canada post.

The myriad of one star reviews say it all. The worst courier service. Avoid at all costs. Let vendors know that if they use this delivery service that you won’t buy there again.

The worst service ever do not use this company

Agree with all the other reviewers that your service stinks. One week and still no delivery to deliver a parcel across the GTA in Ontario. Tracking says its at its facility in Burlington On. I live less than 10km from the facility. No package. Seems as though its still on the truck...Companies don't survive with service like this. Just awful...

I'm really getting tired of Purolator putting false information on their web site regarding where my package is. According to them my package has arrived at Port Kells BC 5 days in a row. Put the right info so I can see what I'm up against. Purolator used to be good but now...

Purolator employee receiving my Amazon return was not friendly, refused to provide receipt. Got a tracking number instead, and although the receiver was male, the name the tracking receipt was female !
