Useless. Tracking never updated. No receipt on drop-off. No idea where my return is, or if delivered. All a mystery. Rubbish service.

Terrible shipping service from start to finish. Never have I been so frustrated on a delivery. I viewed other reviews and found the same. Never new the truth of the delivery destination or when it was arriving. The ladies on the phone where helpful, but the shipping details were never updated and staff were left to guess on the delivery.

My last 3 packages have arrived at designated times or before, have been put exactly where I have asked them to be put. I will say after having had a few issues prior to these last three deliveries (and having complained about it) I am extremely happy to be leaving a great review for them. I am a satisfied customer and I believe Purolator has redeemed themselves in my eyes. Great job guys 5 ?. Keep it up

Ridiculous. Package arrived in my town 11 days ago. Was scanned 4 times. Then missed connection. No emails answered. Then was told it was stuck at the border coming from the USA. Then sent a transit map of it coming from BC. Now it appears to be back at the original sorting facility it was at 11 days ago. Disaster of a company. Would give zero stars if it were an option.

I ordered a lego set on amazon, it said my parcel was ready for pickup, as I was getting ready to go pick it up, I check again to see the said parcel is even farther then it was before, what the actual hell, this is stupid.

Contacted Purolator on short notice to request my parcel be delivered to the back of the house. Driver did so and even brought it inside my door. Great, responsive service!

Worst service ever been sitting at the same place for four days and says due to missed connection still there a week later they likely lost the package and are not saying that and I agree with everyone information on the site when you put in the tracking number is false

Seems like Purolator is doing nothing to locate my package.....5 days gone, emails are not being answered and no idea who else to talk to. Very disappointed.
