Last 3 parcel from Amazon I never received from Purolator even though their tracking said Delivered. Worst shipping service I’ve ever used .

Terrible customer service

Paid a $$ premium for 24 hour delivery , Ont to NS. Made it as far as Toronto, in 30 hours, still there!! Absolute worse service. Required envelope for family loss, unbelievable.

They never deliver anything on time, often items lost, or sent in completly wrong direction, it clear canada post owns 70%, their just like them.

Worst service ever

Absolutely the worst service. First delivery took 14 business’s days. Lost the next delivery (said couldn’t locate due to backlog.

Very satisfied with sevices

Useless. Tracking never updated. No receipt on drop-off. No idea where my return is, or if delivered. All a mystery. Rubbish service.

Terrible shipping service from start to finish. Never have I been so frustrated on a delivery. I viewed other reviews and found the same. Never new the truth of the delivery destination or when it was arriving. The ladies on the phone where helpful, but the shipping details were never updated and staff were left to guess on the delivery.

My package has been sitting in Toronto since May 25th. I dropped it off on May 24th. Still has not been delivered

Usually ships quick unless they lose your package

It’s been 3 weeks I haven’t received my MEDICINE sent by Canada Cancer Agency,I really need that medication for cancer Tx so you can understand why I am anxious here This is extremely bad service

My last 3 packages have arrived at designated times or before, have been put exactly where I have asked them to be put. I will say after having had a few issues prior to these last three deliveries (and having complained about it) I am extremely happy to be leaving a great review for them. I am a satisfied customer and I believe Purolator has redeemed themselves in my eyes. Great job guys 5 ?. Keep it up

Ridiculous. Package arrived in my town 11 days ago. Was scanned 4 times. Then missed connection. No emails answered. Then was told it was stuck at the border coming from the USA. Then sent a transit map of it coming from BC. Now it appears to be back at the original sorting facility it was at 11 days ago. Disaster of a company. Would give zero stars if it were an option.

I ordered a lego set on amazon, it said my parcel was ready for pickup, as I was getting ready to go pick it up, I check again to see the said parcel is even farther then it was before, what the actual hell, this is stupid.
