Negative review. So stressful. I suppose to start new job on Aug 9. Week befor i should get my Laptop and computer from the company I am working now for training. I got computer but no Laptop. I kep calling they says in the way, i couldn’t find the address. Same address same courier service sent computer but the can’t find address to deliver laptop… so crazy. I am having hard time. My training has started but i cant attend without access to laptop. I went all the way to purolator office where my laptop is, guess what they says they dont have it. Online tracking is not even right. I am so upset and crying. Wost service ever. No help from cutomer service after spending lots of time. What kind of people they hire…. OMG! It’s been 2 weeks my company sent this laptop and courier is not able to deliver. Local mail we get in 5-7 days, whats the point to send courier and pay charger. I have negative reviews for Purolator. Worst service ever

Horrible. Would have given zero if possible. Sent a package from Mississauga to Mississauga on 26 May 2022. It went to Burlington, then to Toronto where it sat under "mechanical failure" status until 8th June when it was finally delivered. I don't have words to express my feelings.

Last 3 parcel from Amazon I never received from Purolator even though their tracking said Delivered. Worst shipping service I’ve ever used .

Paid a $$ premium for 24 hour delivery , Ont to NS. Made it as far as Toronto, in 30 hours, still there!! Absolute worse service. Required envelope for family loss, unbelievable.

They never deliver anything on time, often items lost, or sent in completly wrong direction, it clear canada post owns 70%, their just like them.
