One of the worst service ever.They misplaced my important documents and it was to be delivered in one day through purolator express.A trace jas been opened for many days no updates.If possible I could have given no stars.

Didn’t even deliver my package or give me time to pick it up they just removed it rom the locker as they said and returned it to sender. First and worst experience.

Didn’t even attempt to buzz me. The buzzer comes straight to my phone so I can clearly tell if I miss a buzzer call. I don’t really understand why you’d rather leave a note than placing a light box at the door or just pressing 3 buttons to buzz someone for entry? Ridiculous.

My package is incredibly late for no reason at all. This is typical of this service. I'm actually not surprised at this point. I'm not even disappointed. I'm actually relieved that the only thing that's hasn't changed in the world over the last few years is that puralotor is a poor delivery company.
