Package to Nanaimo, BC ended up in Thunder Bay, Ontario.

Worse service ever. Period.

Why asking phone number when you're not abble to call ?? Now, my parcel is....no idea at all

I didn't get my parcel

One of the worst service ever.They misplaced my important documents and it was to be delivered in one day through purolator express.A trace jas been opened for many days no updates.If possible I could have given no stars.

I appreciate that I can use your real time tracking. Great service too.

Expected delivery yesterday however never arrived. Tried to track today and nothing. It seems like the tracking system needs real help!

Didn’t even deliver my package or give me time to pick it up they just removed it rom the locker as they said and returned it to sender. First and worst experience.

I seem to always have issues with Purolator. Will they ever improve their poor service..?

Didn’t even attempt to buzz me. The buzzer comes straight to my phone so I can clearly tell if I miss a buzzer call. I don’t really understand why you’d rather leave a note than placing a light box at the door or just pressing 3 buttons to buzz someone for entry? Ridiculous.

Where is my package. ? Very slow. I really really need that. Please.

Second experience is a repeat of first with worst tracking info. No information provided til after package was delivered,late due to ?

My parcel was supposed to be delivered on Monday it sat in the same facility for three days and hasn’t moved

My package is incredibly late for no reason at all. This is typical of this service. I'm actually not surprised at this point. I'm not even disappointed. I'm actually relieved that the only thing that's hasn't changed in the world over the last few years is that puralotor is a poor delivery company.
