Purolator Canada reviews

Very disappointed. I ordered parts Monday from Kamloops BC to be sent to Williams Lake BC. They we’re picked up by Purolator on a Tuesday and sat in their warehouse for three days then they were sent to Vancouver and I still haven’t seen them. Williams lake is 3hours drive from Kamloops. I can almost understand the reasoning for the package to be sent to the lower mainland however it makes no sense that it would sit in the Kamloops depot for three working days prior to being shipped. Maybe a suggestion to the shipper that they should make their client aware of any delays before they take the responsibility of shipping packages.

Worst service…. They know to charge for collecting and delivery. But they ask us to drop in their office and they tell us the address is wrong. At least without 1 star review is not possible. That is the reason I’m giving 1 star

Ordered a Bunkbed from the brick online it’s been 3 weeks now past the expected delivery date the brick can’t do anything and has no contact with the manufacturer!! Never again will I use the brick!!

Overnight service is overdue, no update. Says it's still in the city, nothing open tomorrow.

My stuff left Ontario on the 27th of June and still no update on where it was now its june 30th tomorrow is Canada day and the start to the long weekend by the sounds of it you guys needs better management and employees this is horrible I get stuff from BC all the time within 2-3 days so this only coming from a few provinces over is taken way to long as is assist your crew with the knowledge of doing there dam jobs

No driver should leave on their route without determining where each parcel will be delivered. In my case, search the address on Google Maps, press "Directions" and head out. TWO weeks, overdue! Also: hire a supervisor!

Still waiting for parcel. Got message was on truck and out for delivery. Late afternoon got stupid excuse. Then no idea when delivery. Now 2 days later for delivery. Not here yet.

Crappy service. Owned by Canada Post.
