Purolator Canada reviews

Purolator was always good, what happened…….my experience with them on two items has diminished my good thoughts on this. Been waiting to get my monies back from two items send through Purolator to Amazon, they still have not been delivered and it has been15 days…… Who is running this company…obviously they are taking too much on and can’t accommodate the pace. Don’t send anything with them if you want a speedy delivery, used to be good now I don’t even want to give you my thought on what I truly think now.

Purolator in Williams Lake is a disgrace that never deliver ur parcel they say they have attempted to but they never really attempt to they take it to drop off depot which in turn does not contact u to say they have it they r only open Monday to Friday 9 to 5:30 well if u work 8:30 to 6 u never get ur parcel if I have a chose in whom I would choose for my delivery service it sure in heck won’t be purolator

Well I have just had a Fed Ex and Purolator sent the same day . Fed Ex delivered still waiting on Purolator 5 days later .

I was supposed to have my package on July 4th it is now July 11th and I still do not have it they drove past my house twice on the 4th and still didn't give me my package thank you poo lator

Paid $58. To have an envelope send from Calgary, Alberta to Osoyoos, BC.. Sent it on July 6 , tomorrow is the 11th. Not received yet. Will ask for a refund I day delivery

I paid for express delivery which is 2 days and it’s going on 5 days. Why pay so much if it’s not going to be there in time? I’ll try Fed X next time. This is ridiculous

Frustrating. He was here, I buzzed him in and he didn’t drop my package off? He left, I called in and they said I missed him and now I won’t get it for another few days..

"Out for delivery" Saw the truck in our security camera, stopped in front for 1 minute then left. Why can't they do their job?

The delivery driver acknowledged he dropped my package off at the wrong address and can’t get it back, but they won’t do anything else for me. I’ll never use them again. Told me to try and get another package from Amazon lol

site shows out for delivery 951 am its 130 pm and no updates. thats what you get for $75 overnight

I don’t know why they give a delivery date when they can’t even come close to it. Wicked!!

Livraison très lente, ne bouge pas du point de départ pendant plus de 3 jours, pas un bon service de livraison, on ne peut pas compter sur Purolator pour un service approprié. Je ne recommande pas
