Worst company they told me 5 days now it is over 7 days still pending

Puralator is the worst , I thought FedEx was bad. These guys are morons

Tracking showed that my parcel was supposed to be delivered by the 19th end of day. It did not arrive. Even though I signed up for email and SMS alerts no information was given. The parcel arrived a day later and even though my door was open and just the screen door between me and the delivery guy, he left the parcel without even knocking or ringing the door bell! It came and I didn't even know it!

The absolute worst courier service ever created I use UPS Canada Post Fed Ex USPS their drivers never depend more than a minute and take off they claim attempted delivery absolute worst don’t use them hopeless !

Received a phone call when my package was delivered. Man was exceptional and I am very happy with the service from Purolator! Thank you!

They’ve lost my packages multiple times! :( I have so many Amazon items I had to get refunded.

reading your reviews i identify with alot of complaints the tacking is not up to date sometimes two to three days late but its not explained to shipper hiw system works meds sit for 3or for days because not shipped express complicated system to get a tracking number all together purolator needs to review ther system get rid of things causing strife for costomers i have heard enough of the covod excuse lets get back to the old purolator get parcels there in record time like clockwork

Alot of people complaining, when we all know covid has destroyed businesses. No one wants too work anymore. Be patient. Life happens. Grow up Kathy and Ken. Great job as always Purolator.
