  • My package (new phone)was late when it was delivered and my new phone is broken during transport and now I have to pay to get it fixed and I haven’t even used my phone yet it was broken upon arrival. No one wants to take responsibility for the damages and now it has to come out of my own pocket which is bs!!!

  • I have ordered from more than one company that has used Purolator. One shipment was lost and the others were left in the front entrance of my building where anyone from the street could steal the package. They NEVER rang my doorbell because I was home for every delivery. I had to go downstairs to check if the packages arrived. Today's delivery was no different. Doorbell wasn't rung and the package was a 30 lb bag of dogfood. I am a senior and had to get a neighbour's son to bring the box up the stairs. UNACCEPTABLE THAT THEY DON'T CHECK IF YOU ARE HOME SO THEY CAN BRING IT TO YOUR DOOR!

  • I drop parcels in drop box at hwy7 in Concord and it's veen a week now and It says that tracking # cannot be found.. so was my parcels stolen... never again will I use purolator especially their drop off box.

  • Si je pouvais donner 0 je l’aurai donné. J’ai trouvé le papier « sorry, we missed you » le 21 juillet alors que j’étais à la maison toute la journée. Je me suis déplacée le lendemain tel qu’indiqué sur le papier à la succursale mais mon colis n’y était pas. La dame n’avait pas d’explication et m’a dit qu’ils vont refaire une livraison. Aucune re livraison n’a été faite. Le 23 juillet, j’appelle au service à la clientèle. Après une longue attente, on ne dit que mon colis a été scanné au centre d’expédition juste le 23 juillet matin. J’ai demandé qu’ils me fassent une re livraison, on me dit que ce ne peut pas être fait avant le 26 juillet. A suivre… Et le site de suivi des colis. OMG. Des pubs à ne pas en finir!!!! Vraiment déçue surtout que la livraison n’est pas donnée!!

  • Clearly you have idiots running the show and needs to be skidded, my package was picked up at Nisku on July 15, and I still don't have it and cannot get any tracking details. Tried calling customer service and seems like everyone is on holiday. I will ask the shipper next time to not use pure-late-r.

  • Tracking showed that my parcel was supposed to be delivered by the 19th end of day. It did not arrive. Even though I signed up for email and SMS alerts no information was given. The parcel arrived a day later and even though my door was open and just the screen door between me and the delivery guy, he left the parcel without even knocking or ringing the door bell! It came and I didn't even know it!

  • The absolute worst courier service ever created I use UPS Canada Post Fed Ex USPS their drivers never depend more than a minute and take off they claim attempted delivery absolute worst don’t use them hopeless !
