Driver re delivered the package after first attempt due to i had to leave the house to go to a meeting with a client and instead of dropping it at the pickup depot she delivered it back to my house.. The package was work related and was very important to my job. Outstanding service by the driver and well done Purolator as i wish that driver on route 144 a job well done. Thanks for caring.

Worst ever never again Package ripped everywhere small parts inside some fell out I guess because it missing parts Stupid Don’t even know how they are still in business

They never ship my stuff to the same depot and it never tells me where it is in the shipment tracking and I always have to make a half a dozen calls in order to find my package. What a pain!

No communication , drivers do not follow instructions poor service 7x waiting on the phone still have not received my parcels .. there is got to be a better solution for people who work from home Amazon takes a pic n leaves outside door . Puraltor failed 2x and I've been on the phone with them 7x waiting for someone to pick up the phone and my parcel is still not delivered as I need to sign for it.. what? How can someone answer the phone the new norm alot if us us work from home!

Surprised that purolator is still in business as over 20 years ago my experience was the same .I waited over two hours in the lobby of my apartment as the status update said it was out for delivery.So I go back to the apartment and it gets delivered.I paid to have it delivered to my door not to have to pay an extra expense to pick it up so even though I needed this phone (a very expensive one at that) I cancelled the order .So not only does purolator lose business and $$ Rogers does as well .Good job Purolator!?

The lost unreliability shipping service I’ve ever felt with. I’ve had missing items to extremely late items to now an item that they themselves have no idea where it is.

My package (new phone)was late when it was delivered and my new phone is broken during transport and now I have to pay to get it fixed and I haven’t even used my phone yet it was broken upon arrival. No one wants to take responsibility for the damages and now it has to come out of my own pocket which is bs!!!

They can never find my address, they always deliver at least one day late, if at all. Never ship with purolator!

I have ordered from more than one company that has used Purolator. One shipment was lost and the others were left in the front entrance of my building where anyone from the street could steal the package. They NEVER rang my doorbell because I was home for every delivery. I had to go downstairs to check if the packages arrived. Today's delivery was no different. Doorbell wasn't rung and the package was a 30 lb bag of dogfood. I am a senior and had to get a neighbour's son to bring the box up the stairs. UNACCEPTABLE THAT THEY DON'T CHECK IF YOU ARE HOME SO THEY CAN BRING IT TO YOUR DOOR!

Worst delivery services

I drop parcels in drop box at hwy7 in Concord and it's veen a week now and It says that tracking # cannot be found.. so was my parcels stolen... never again will I use purolator especially their drop off box.

Si je pouvais donner 0 je l’aurai donné. J’ai trouvé le papier « sorry, we missed you » le 21 juillet alors que j’étais à la maison toute la journée. Je me suis déplacée le lendemain tel qu’indiqué sur le papier à la succursale mais mon colis n’y était pas. La dame n’avait pas d’explication et m’a dit qu’ils vont refaire une livraison. Aucune re livraison n’a été faite. Le 23 juillet, j’appelle au service à la clientèle. Après une longue attente, on ne dit que mon colis a été scanné au centre d’expédition juste le 23 juillet matin. J’ai demandé qu’ils me fassent une re livraison, on me dit que ce ne peut pas être fait avant le 26 juillet. A suivre… Et le site de suivi des colis. OMG. Des pubs à ne pas en finir!!!! Vraiment déçue surtout que la livraison n’est pas donnée!!

Second parcel purolator has lost on me. They say it was delivered but never got it. Terrible service

Clearly you have idiots running the show and needs to be skidded, my package was picked up at Nisku on July 15, and I still don't have it and cannot get any tracking details. Tried calling customer service and seems like everyone is on holiday. I will ask the shipper next time to not use pure-late-r.
