Some problem with address. Online chat cannot seem to cope with small town with no home delivery only PO boxes. Local agent says they just need postal code and instruction to hold for pickup. No way to do that with third party involved. Chat used some mailing address lookup that could be scrolled from box 1 to about 450 except there are about 1300 boxes. Arghhh! Purolator makes Canada Post look great. Chat used

Purolator is an amazing courier and I get deliveries on a weekly basis and they never ever disappoint. It's literally like clock work with the drivers. So huge thank you to Sarnia Purolator. Top notch.

i have been waiting for a package i was told would be 3-5 business days and we are now on the 12th business day and it’s been sitting in a warehouse for two days WtF Purolator ….. this customer service is pathetic

The package was delivered three days late and when I called to figure out what was happening with it the staff on the phone said I should have told Purolator staff not to hand write the address and type out a label. Not appreciative of being blamed for a staff error.

Very disappointed . Parcel arrived in Penticton July 25. Today is August 9th. Praying it comes today . First it said the label was unreadable after being shipped from Ontario to BC. Twice it said address was wrong despite me calling and making sure it was correct . 2nd time I asked for it to be dropped at the local purolator depot . So we will see. Never going to order or send anything by purolator again .

I ordered on July 27 was supposed to get it August 2nd...then changed to the 4th...then to the 7th, that's today and it's now 8pm. My hope just flew out the window. Terrible service. Honestly never experienced anything like it...I am peeved. I am going to contact them.

I watched the van pull up to my house and sit there. No one got out. It left and I got a notification that “no one was home” and I had to pick my parcel up at a pick up centre. Most times even if I’m not home they will leave it by the door. Pure laziness

Took so long to deliver a parcel. Purolator drivers know our area, shouldn't have any problems finding our place and our building. Surprised to know that it is taking longer than other courier service providers.

If I could give a zero I would. We’ve had 2 times now that we have not received our packages when stated to arrive on a Friday and we paid extra to get it on Friday. Boo Boo!

VERY POOR SERVICE. i used your virtual assistant to get my delivery on a specific date that did not work then i talked to 2 different persons to get my package on a day i was home they were both suppose to send me an email wich i never received, i know that both told me that their system was slow one told me she could see my request with the virtual assistant. Don't get me wrong these persons were very polite and professional. In a time when we are trying to save our planet i think your delivery system should be more efficient not to mention the time lost by your delivery person. Also in this case the shipper is to blame because at first i was told it was shipped through fedex, that explains why i could not reach you earlier
