I paid for and was guaranteed delivery for next day before 10,30am. The package was at pickup before cutoff time however it was shipped to another depot prior to being sent out so Puralator says I didnt get it there before cutoff.That is a lie! And...it was never mentioned that cutoff time was from a different depot. This was an extremely important package...and Puralator says...sorry...nothing we can do...and no refund for my premium rate! I will NEVER use them again!! I would rate them a minus ten if I could

Not happy ? my important package is already a day late and appears it's just sitting in a sorting facility. Another thing I find troubling is all these ads on this site. Are you kidding me? I used to love this courier. The service has definitely gone. downhill

Had a package picked up Thursday, July 28th in Saskatoon. Not one update since as of Sunday July 31st. Really!!!!! Must be in an abandoned truck still in Saskatoon

The worst services of all, they lost packages and can't help locate, no call, no knocking on the door, they don't use the buzzer code, then why do you request for that information if you are not gonna use them?

Driver re delivered the package after first attempt due to i had to leave the house to go to a meeting with a client and instead of dropping it at the pickup depot she delivered it back to my house.. The package was work related and was very important to my job. Outstanding service by the driver and well done Purolator as i wish that driver on route 144 a job well done. Thanks for caring.

They never ship my stuff to the same depot and it never tells me where it is in the shipment tracking and I always have to make a half a dozen calls in order to find my package. What a pain!

No communication , drivers do not follow instructions poor service 7x waiting on the phone still have not received my parcels .. there is got to be a better solution for people who work from home Amazon takes a pic n leaves outside door . Puraltor failed 2x and I've been on the phone with them 7x waiting for someone to pick up the phone and my parcel is still not delivered as I need to sign for it.. what? How can someone answer the phone the new norm alot if us us work from home!

Surprised that purolator is still in business as over 20 years ago my experience was the same .I waited over two hours in the lobby of my apartment as the status update said it was out for delivery.So I go back to the apartment and it gets delivered.I paid to have it delivered to my door not to have to pay an extra expense to pick it up so even though I needed this phone (a very expensive one at that) I cancelled the order .So not only does purolator lose business and $$ Rogers does as well .Good job Purolator!?
