Purolator Canada reviews

Must be the slowest courier service in Canad. Already 20 days have passed since the parcel was picked up by Purolator and it is still in the Montreal centre. Would have been faster with Royal Mail.

Very disappointing and sad ? ? I have paid so much money for the package to reach in three days. And now am at day seven and still no package. I just want to know what is going on with my package ? ? ? ? ? ? ?

Worst customer service all you get from them is pre typed answers they have had my package on a truck for 6 days driver won't deliver because my street is under construction yet Fedex, Amazon and Ups have all delivered on my street this week no idea if or when i will get my parcel

Delivered to wrong address

They never even attempted any delivery for my package and just dumped it at some other pickup place in another city with confusing different messages on what city it’s even in. Three different ones all anywhere from an hour to three hours drive away from where it was supposed to be delivered. I even called and requested the package be delivered twice and after I was assured repeatedly that they would deliver within the next few days they never did. Had to request a new delivery from seller. Complete garbage and waist of time and money. Don’t use this company at all

Excellent service everything arrives on time very rarely later and they are better than Canadapost all the way

I paid for and was guaranteed delivery for next day before 10,30am. The package was at pickup before cutoff time however it was shipped to another depot prior to being sent out so Puralator says I didnt get it there before cutoff.That is a lie! And...it was never mentioned that cutoff time was from a different depot. This was an extremely important package...and Puralator says...sorry...nothing we can do...and no refund for my premium rate! I will NEVER use them again!! I would rate them a minus ten if I could

My pickup request is taking more than 5days to get updated, the package was ordered for my husband's birthday and we didn't receive it on time. Worst service

My parcel was suppose to arrive today by 8pm.Still havent received it and its a part i needed for tommorrow appointment.Not impress since its showing in moncton nb and iam only in saint john nb...Poor service..I checked update and its been there since yesterday morning wow

Not happy ? my important package is already a day late and appears it's just sitting in a sorting facility. Another thing I find troubling is all these ads on this site. Are you kidding me? I used to love this courier. The service has definitely gone. downhill

Had a package picked up Thursday, July 28th in Saskatoon. Not one update since as of Sunday July 31st. Really!!!!! Must be in an abandoned truck still in Saskatoon

The worst services of all, they lost packages and can't help locate, no call, no knocking on the door, they don't use the buzzer code, then why do you request for that information if you are not gonna use them?

Astoundingly incompetent, another useless crown corporation. This company sets the bar for incompetence.
