My package has not been picked. It’s been sitting at the facility since July 23rd. I ordered my things ahead of time because I needed it for August 20th and 27th. The customer service is not helpful at all!! I’m very disappointed because it’s been this long. Now I have I’m running around trying to find something for my occasions. Not a happy customer!!

I received a "missed you" notice even though I was home at the time stated. I phoned customer service and apparently the driver had tried to deliver it to a different unit no. I was told I had to go and pick it up which is not possible for many reasons. They said they would arrange another delivery. In tracking it said if I don't get it by next Friday, to contact them. This is one week from initial delivery and I feel if I leave the premises and miss the delivery, I will have to go through this all over again.

I Kringle when I find out Purolator is delivering package tracking is terrible . My last delivery package was torn open and empty . And opening a investigation take forever and with no results.

I have been waiting for a package for 3 days now that was sent to my old office incorrectly by the sender. So it’s not Purolator’s error. However, they have been trying to deliver it to the same empty office for three days in a row and they were about to do it again. This is just plain dumb. If they had contacted the sender after the second attempt, the situation would have been resolved.

My parcel has been in Nanaimo for days now and now Purolator has brought the parcel to Canada Post. Because all mail from Vancouver Island first goes to the mainland before returning to the island it will probably take another couple of days before I receive the item which I ordered almost one month ago.

I live in an apartment building and I understand that purolator can’t just leave the package out, but I find they never even try. They just leave a notice and that’s pretty well it. No phone call or anything. So even if I’m home, waiting to receive it, I never get it on time, because next thing I know it says there was a problem and a notice is posted.

There is never an update where my package is. Can’t track it, why have an area to track your package.

Customer service representative at Tomken and Courtney Park is rude and threaten to keep delivery if you don't comply to bully attitude.

Terrible service. Twice I’ve taken back 2 packages for Amazon on the same day and twice they only received one package.
