Well I’ve been waiting 8 days for my parcel that is 5 hours away from where I live. I got a message from the shipper saying it will another 3 to 5 days for delivery as there was a technical error. Yeah right Purolator is a technical error. Lousy courier service and it’s too bad because they use to be pretty good. Now they use COVID as the excuse so they can just drop the parcel and leave no contact delivery. Stupid.

Great service at the location on boul Dagenais Ouest / laval. Very kind and professional welcoming. Fast registering for my delivery within 24 hrs. Package Arrived on time according to tracking system. Worthy to pay $41.17 taxes on for a box of 13 pounds using Purolator Express. Better service and reliability than using Post Canada. I would use their express services. Again if needed.

Don't use Purolator if you want your shipments to arrive on time!! And they will not help you with anything.

Horrible service. Next day delivery is not updated on tracking 24hrs after it should have been delivered. Customer service is a joke. The chatbox is just an automated faq and will solve nothing. Now there phoneline works like that to. Totally incompetent!!

Terrible service. I’ve been waiting for a package that was suppose to be picked up on Monday, August 8th. It is now August 17th. This package is approximately 5 hours drive from here. If I had a car I’d go pick it up. I was told there was a technical error and that I will have to wait an additional 3 to 5 days to receive my package. I’ve had packages that were broken open and my item was stolen. This is a mostly unreliable courier.

What horrible service. My next day delivery is sitting in the same sorting centre for three days now. Customer service is now an automated chatbox that does nothing for you. My work relays on shipping and Purolator is just not delivering. Also they hide behind really outdated excuses.

I ordered an item from a Montreal store on July 16. 14 days later and silence. I called the business to find out that Purolator did not even attempt to deliver it to Kitcener and sent it back to the store. They put it back on the truck again and it has been sitting in a warehouse in Toronto for.4.days and no movement.

My package has not been picked. It’s been sitting at the facility since July 23rd. I ordered my things ahead of time because I needed it for August 20th and 27th. The customer service is not helpful at all!! I’m very disappointed because it’s been this long. Now I have I’m running around trying to find something for my occasions. Not a happy customer!!

I received a "missed you" notice even though I was home at the time stated. I phoned customer service and apparently the driver had tried to deliver it to a different unit no. I was told I had to go and pick it up which is not possible for many reasons. They said they would arrange another delivery. In tracking it said if I don't get it by next Friday, to contact them. This is one week from initial delivery and I feel if I leave the premises and miss the delivery, I will have to go through this all over again.

I Kringle when I find out Purolator is delivering package tracking is terrible . My last delivery package was torn open and empty . And opening a investigation take forever and with no results.
