Purolator Canada reviews

The Purolator tracking app is garbage! No update on where my Amazon parcel is for the last 28 hours! And of course Purolator customer service doesn't open till 7am Friday which is a bummer! Customer Service should be 24/7 but not Purolator as they a garbage courier company! Tried calling their Customer Service yesterday and was on hold for over 30 minutes! I used to think Purolator wasn't too bad but that opinion has gone out the window! They are NOW A BOTTOM FEEDER COURIER COMPANY! Problem is I have no say in the matter as Amazon Canada chooses what courier company will deliver my package. My rating would be -10 if I could give them a NEGATIVE RATING!!!

My package suppose arrive today but never happened, what a very bad services.

I ordered wallpaper from Lowes and was sent an email telling me it would be here on the 16 of August today is the 18th of August. I checked tracking to find the tracking hasn't been updated since the 9th of August , and it's only had a tracking label made for it. I get things are slow right now, but the least Purolator could have done is keep me posted. But no, I have no idea where our package is and have not heard anything from Purolator about my package. I'm not impressed at all.

Absolutely terrible service with even worse "customer support ". My shipment arrived at their Indianapolis sorting facility 14 days ago and not one update since. Web and customer support was completely useless. I'm disgusted yet again.

Claimed we were unavailable for delivery, despite literally being home all day and not a single doorbell ring or knock. Next day just left it at the door. Purolator delivery and drop off services keep getting worse and worse.

Poor service. No promised delivery

Well I’ve been waiting 8 days for my parcel that is 5 hours away from where I live. I got a message from the shipper saying it will another 3 to 5 days for delivery as there was a technical error. Yeah right Purolator is a technical error. Lousy courier service and it’s too bad because they use to be pretty good. Now they use COVID as the excuse so they can just drop the parcel and leave no contact delivery. Stupid.

Great service at the location on boul Dagenais Ouest / laval. Very kind and professional welcoming. Fast registering for my delivery within 24 hrs. Package Arrived on time according to tracking system. Worthy to pay $41.17 taxes on for a box of 13 pounds using Purolator Express. Better service and reliability than using Post Canada. I would use their express services. Again if needed.

Don't use Purolator if you want your shipments to arrive on time!! And they will not help you with anything.

Horrible service. Next day delivery is not updated on tracking 24hrs after it should have been delivered. Customer service is a joke. The chatbox is just an automated faq and will solve nothing. Now there phoneline works like that to. Totally incompetent!!

Terrible service. I’ve been waiting for a package that was suppose to be picked up on Monday, August 8th. It is now August 17th. This package is approximately 5 hours drive from here. If I had a car I’d go pick it up. I was told there was a technical error and that I will have to wait an additional 3 to 5 days to receive my package. I’ve had packages that were broken open and my item was stolen. This is a mostly unreliable courier.

What horrible service. My next day delivery is sitting in the same sorting centre for three days now. Customer service is now an automated chatbox that does nothing for you. My work relays on shipping and Purolator is just not delivering. Also they hide behind really outdated excuses.

Absolutely the worst courier on this planet! Don't even make an effort to ring the condo directory.

I ordered an item from a Montreal store on July 16. 14 days later and silence. I called the business to find out that Purolator did not even attempt to deliver it to Kitcener and sent it back to the store. They put it back on the truck again and it has been sitting in a warehouse in Toronto for.4.days and no movement.
