Purolator Canada reviews

Package went out on Thursday paid for 2 day ground instead of clerk saying hey remember Monday is a holiday might as well pay for regular service they said nothing took 2 day payment and tracking shows it will not arrive until Tuesday....anything to take customers $$$$ and put in their pockets....totally unacceptable. Clerks should offer the customer choices...this location in Orangeville Ont is notorious for this practice!!!! Might as well have used Canada Post.....

Called about a package and was told my package was available for pick up.... went to the location and was told it's wasn't there after all but still in the sorting facility and would be another 3 days before they could attempt to deliver again. Very unsatisfied

They lost an important item needed for surgery. They can't find it after 2 days.

My "guaranteed by 9:00am" delivery arrived at 2:00pm. Contained important documents. My local office says they can't call another office to find out where it is. Took hours on hold and speaking to several different people for them to say they don't know where it is or when it will arrive.

Again, package is late. No info on tracking, pretty sad service really. If i had a choice, it would not be Purolator.

Sent a "guaranteed by 9:00am" delivery. By 3:00pm was still not delivered!!! It was important work papers. Also crappy service when I went in to ask where it was. They cannot talk to another office they said and she slammed out-of the office to the back and left her coworker to help me. Terrible service!! DO NOT GUARENTEE A SERVICE YOU CANT GUARANTEE!!

Not sure why my package is taking so long to be delivered.

Awful service... I have no clue where my package is. Cannot track it down, the delivery guy left a note that he left it at the Purolator's office... They however have no clue about it... It was supposed to be 4 day delivery, 7 days later I am still in status quo ... Horrible service....

Phenomenal at the door and on schedule!

I have very little faith left for this company, paid for overnight delivery and it’s been 7 days and no package , was told after 3 days there was a address mistake corrected that , told 2 more days and would be here , never showed up , get update that wrong address again , call again , get hung up on after 30 minutes wait time call again wait another 25 minutes, and told would be another 2 days. If nothing is done about this I doubt I will ever use this company again . There is no zero rating

Terrible “update status” compared to Amazon. “Very confusing/difficult “ to check on parcel!!!! Advertising pop up are ridiculous. No. I am not impressed whatsoever

Had very bad experience with Purolator. Still i am waiting for my delivery. It is 3rd class service.

They are never on time and delivered my parcel to wrong address.
