  • COMPLETELY UNPROFESSIONAL! I AM SO OUTRAGED AT BOTH SHAW AND THESE IDIOTS WHO CANT DELIVER OR HOLD UP TO WHAT THEY SAY! SHAW was supposedto send me sim cards in the mail rush order! 4 people at shaw customer service couldnt even provide a godamn tracking number!! wow so pissed off

  • This is the worst service I have ever seen! Staples does not scan the packages you return to amazon and you have to leave them relying on trust. the package goes up to 2 weeks before misosaki amazon. earlier when I handed over the GPS they scanned on the spot and the package arrived within two days maximum. this is the worst amazon decision to use this terrible service!!!

  • Very bad service .All delivery companies working but only delayed service by your company is due to pandemic . How strange other companies are delivering before the estimated time even in pandemic

  • Package went out on Thursday paid for 2 day ground instead of clerk saying hey remember Monday is a holiday might as well pay for regular service they said nothing took 2 day payment and tracking shows it will not arrive until Tuesday....anything to take customers $$$$ and put in their pockets....totally unacceptable. Clerks should offer the customer choices...this location in Orangeville Ont is notorious for this practice!!!! Might as well have used Canada Post.....

  • Called about a package and was told my package was available for pick up.... went to the location and was told it's wasn't there after all but still in the sorting facility and would be another 3 days before they could attempt to deliver again. Very unsatisfied

  • My "guaranteed by 9:00am" delivery arrived at 2:00pm. Contained important documents. My local office says they can't call another office to find out where it is. Took hours on hold and speaking to several different people for them to say they don't know where it is or when it will arrive.

  • Sent a "guaranteed by 9:00am" delivery. By 3:00pm was still not delivered!!! It was important work papers. Also crappy service when I went in to ask where it was. They cannot talk to another office they said and she slammed out-of the office to the back and left her coworker to help me. Terrible service!! DO NOT GUARENTEE A SERVICE YOU CANT GUARANTEE!!
