Purolator Canada reviews

Four deliveries from Purolator in the last year. Three were a day late, one was misdelivered. On checking tracking info it says "out for delivery" in the morning, then all updates cease. Don't know if it's returned to the depot or vanished into the twilight zone. Nothing.

Vous livrer jamais chez moi. Je fais 45 minutes de route pour récupérer le colis.

Issues and delays every time I purchase online & said company uses Purolator!

First parcel covered in ink. Couldn't even bring it in the house. Next parcel was supposed to arrive yesterday. Still hasn't arrived.

Said their was an Error on my part for not having the address in right but they showed up when I expected him to parked in front of my house and left without getting out I never had a chance to put my sweater on to meet them

Are you actually a delivery company. Website shows attempt delivery when we were waiting at the door. Frustrating.

After waiting over 25 minutes on hold I was td there is nothing Purolator can do I just have to keep tracking my package Dropped off August 29 at drop off centre Toronto it is still at the downtown sorting center last scanned September 5th it's 2 return pkgs to Amazon Purolator said they have 21 days to deliver returns to Amazon WHAT!!! So I have no choice but to wait I WILL NOT BE USING PUROLATOR AGAIN FOR AMAZON RETURNS! UNACCEPTABLE!!!

My parcel has been in my town for 2 days. No delivery

Difficulté récurrente à livrer des paquets de 30 kg et plus dans les délais convenus avec leurs clients. Pathétique.

Every delivery is late. Sometimes it shows delivered but is not at my address. Takes many calls to find my parcel. Worst company period.

Every time I use purolater they either lose my package or it gets delayed and I'm left waiting for it.

Worst delivery service ever. Package arrived at sorting and was in transit, the next day was back at the same sorting building! Better to use Canada Post
