To quote another reviewer…hope this business closes soon…day 5 and no answers of delivery-again overnight delivery guaranteed…don’t know where package is , no answers, lost or stolen -nothing…the package company is replacing item ?? at no charge!!!…credit card company will reimburse me shipping costs??!!….Purolator-is useless!!!see ya later Purolator ?

Was expecting a package delivered to my mail box today that was ordered on the 16th and they wait until last minute to call me saying they won't deliver to my post office and that my package will be delayed a day or 2 because they failed to clarify that at the beginning

Not Overly impressed. Website noted that package had been delivered to a Pick up site but not which one. Was on hold with Purolator for 20 minutes trying to find out where it had been left. I’ll be at the woman I spoke with was very pleasant and was able to give me the information I needed, this call should have been unnecessary.

Purolator is just one of the companies that thinks "COVID 19" still exists and was actually a real pandemic. Excuse to drag feet and take 6 days to deliver an Amazon Prime guaranteed 2 day delivery. Scale of 1-10, Purolator is a 3.

Old reliable I have never had a problem , and the staff is always extremely helpful and friendly.

I ordered an amazon package with 2 day delivery. 5 days ago. It's still sitting in a warehouse across the country. Never use Purolator if possible.

Terrible service. Several times my parcel gets delayed after saying it was out for delivery and doesn't show up until at least 3 or 4 days. Sometimes not at all. Terrible service

Never able to find my address everytime

I am 72 and can not get to pickup my parcel . It said it was signed but not by me . Lousy service and hard to speak to someone . Never agai

Well let’s see here I sent a package off 3 months ago and they were holding it this in there facilities this long and when ya call them it’s take a hour or more to answer the call
