Purolator Canada reviews

This is ridiculous....quoted 09/23, to recv my package, later 10/5th, than 10/3rd, and again 09/23rd...that was yesterday. Their site here, now says awaiting package, as of 09/18....another Purolater site says "shipped" on the 18th...yet no update. And they're other website hasn't updated SINCE the 18th....way to go Purolater. Took a day off work so you didn't leave 7K in laptops on my step...why wouldn't you...you left over 200 bucks in computer mice 3 days ago and drove off.

Out for delivery ? all day. Now probably have to wait until Monday

Thank you for bringing the package directly up to my apartment for me. I was not able to be home, but my husband was home to receive the package and sign for it. Thank you.

Visibility of package movement in your tracking system is terrible.

This is now the 3rd time i paid for next day 1030 am delivery and it didnt show up yet again !!! Time to change your slogan, its far from a promise

Terrible delivery and not on time

The driver went into my back yard for whatever reason and lift it on the back door. I can’t describe how stupid that is. Could have let my dog out. I have signs and delivery box in front telling them and is obviously where to put it. How high are your employees

Rude Staff and delayed delivery.

You guys are garbage my package is now going to be delayed a day or two now because of your mistake and not communicating until last last minute

Needs to get here faster

Terrible delivery, where other places drop off your package or leave a pickup slip Purolator does not. They do not know how to deliver a package to a security building. And in trying to reach customer service I have currently been on hold for over an hour.
