I made a exchange on my order almost 3 weeks now . Still can't get any update. Tracking shows that the return facility in Branford. Try to call know one answered.

Over 7k in two laptops.. supposed to be here 23 Sept...AAAAND we wait...

18 days late and won't even answer my phone calls POS service that doesn't even deserve the almost 2 star rating they have. THESE PEOPLE ARE BASICALLY PAID THEIVES!

2500$ parcel supposed to be here the 10th of September. Its now the 28th and it says its at a moving company that I've called several times without an answer.... Been avoiding leaving my house for 18 days now just incase it shows up but still nothing..

Sept 28th: Parcel ordered over a month ago and supposed to be delivered the 10th of September. Day before it was supposed to be here got a message that it wouldn't be till the 27th... it's the 28th and still no parcel AND won't answer my calls. DON'T USE THIS SERVICE! EVER!

We have one drop off location in my rual community and the driver cant figure out how to leave the parcels at the drop off point. States cant find my house, well duh purolator doesnt do at home drop offs in rual communities. My address is fine, ive called multiple times this week and all the company provides is empty promises and missing packages.

This is complete snail mail worse form of delivery, this company needs to change. Waiting on my package that shipped on Thursday and it said it was in transit and on its way and the tracker didn't move all weekend and no notifications at all. Like wth
