Purolator Canada reviews

Horrible website, horrible customer service and horrible drivers!!!!!!!! Driver didn't leave a notice so I can't even go pick up my parcel. Website is extremely not user friendly and very amateurish. Why are companies still using Purolator is beyond me!!!!!

Purolator is definitely the worst delivery service, my pkg is late, no one seems to know where it is, intelcom is much better

Pretty aligned with most of the other negative reviews. Very inconsistent with deliveries. Still waiting for one of the two items ordered. One was next day as promised and the other seems to have gotten lost. Called their customer service and after a lengthy wait, they told me they were going to open a tracking ticket. Doesn't get my package here any sooner. Running a business and sometimes supplies are needed right away after an unexpected order has dropped. They don't seem to concerned or sympathetic. Wouldn't use them if I had the choice

My parcel has been on the local truck for 3 days. My town is less than 12,000 population... Come on man!!

No accountability. Damaged packages. Lost packages. Delayed packages. Always an excuse. Is this government run? And their drivers literally say they dont care. Slogan' it's not a package. It's a promise'.... did anyone actually read it?

Paid for pick up a d drop off and parcel was to be picked up between 10 am ams 2 pm. No one arrived, not did I get a call so I had to rush out of the house to deliver it for 2 pm. Very very disappointed. The least they can do is give me a refund.

Easy to track and received email notifications. Willing to deliver at P.O. Box if we're at work which means random people can't take it off my doorstep. Very happy with service

Parcel picked up by Purolator last Thursday. Was supposed to be 2 days. This is now Wednesday of following week and on Purolator map still shows package in same location as it has for 2 days even though the updates has 3 different time entries with description of “Airplane with package has arrived”. Every time something is shipped with Purolator it is the same story. I don’t know why companies even use them with so many better options out there.

Everytime when Purolator is the delivery company, my order is always late. Reaching out to them via email is a waste of time. Delayed response (like their service) with no valid update. When I see that my order is getting delivered by Purolator, I'm already annoyed.

Very tough to get someone live. 55 minute wait when the message said the wait would be 5 minutes.

The package supposed to be delivered on 28 September and it is 3 October still not delivered. The customer service can't track the package and they only day that there is no update. I think they lost my package. Pathetic service. So disappointed.

The absolute WORST delivery service in Canada. The drivers don't even come to your home to deliver your packages. They are too lazy. "Missed delivery" every single time and NO ONES EVERY EVEN SHOWED UP. Then you have to wait on hold all day long to be told they have no way to help you and to contact seller. 0 STARS
