for real it's the worst thing the world knows about PUROLATOR! I was supposed to have received it for 1 week already and it tells me in transit so that it comes to my house and when I look on the tracking site it tells me that it is still there!!! !!! ANYTHING SERIOUS

Absolute garbage service. Waiting for parts for a generator that should have been here at least 5 days ago. Still says it's in transit in Edmonton so will be another 2 days minimum. No chance of human contact with anyone so getting more information is impossible. They should be shutdown for such terrible service.

Shocking service. Will never use them again. Door to door service. Day 12 today. My granddaughters birthday tomorrow, no parcel. 17 minutes so far waiting to speak to a human.

Definitely the worst shipping option available.

If I could give zero stars I would Purolator STINKS as a courier. You can’t speak to a person just machines that don’t understand my simple questions like where is my package? Call customer service and the line is just dead, after the 4th. attempt another machine that is programmed to get rid of you. The tracking information is 5 days old too. I don’t know why Amazon uses them they will sell less if they continue to use Purolator.

Worst service ever. Whenever my parcel gets in hands of these guys, I lose my hope of getting it. Never gets anything from them. Useless company. I wish they close their business soon.

Useless company. My parcel has not made it. Promised for 13th, now maybe by the 19, and yes I said maybe. Tracking says it is still in Toronto. I am in Langley B.C. totally useless. Wish I could have given a minus star!!!!!!!

This is the most annoying delivery provider!!! So much hassle! My parcel was sent rush delivery and it has been alredy 1 week and I still haven’t received it! It says delivered and I am not sure where or how but the same people have done the same for my husband’s delivery!!!

Terrible service . They ‘deliver’ my package to a town 2 hours away. That is not the delivery I paid for. I’ve complained numerous times to the company sending package, I’ve not received many packages and had to be refunded! Who is keeping my stuff ??

They never deliver ….supposed to come to my door but it gets left in a city 2 hours away !!! Wtf I hate Purolator I keep telling Amazon to stop authorizing them for my delivery because they never ship to the destination on time IF ever …so many deliveries I’ve never received. I care for elderly and order for ease … this is NOT ease

I tracked my parcel and it says delivered. I am at home and nothing is here!!! Very upset and dissatisfied with these guys.

I do not know how these guys ate still in business….i am very disappointed and dissatisfied with the service as well as the communication!!!

Not the best delivery service. I waited two weeks for my parcel that was supposed to be here last week. Tracking system is flawed. It does not give accurate updates on where your parcel is. Then it finally is on the truck for delivery but they didn’t leave it at the house (not home; can’t be there every hour of the day waiting for the package). Had to drive across town to pick up at the depot and when I asked them at the counter if they could take the packing carton because it might not fit in my vehicle I was told they don’t take garbage. Then I had to drag it out to my car myself. Very displeased with Purolator. This lack of good customer service is disappointing.

By far the worst delivery company in the entire country. Over a week late, finally got a notice on my door saying that i missed the drop off. I call their 1888 number am put on hold for over 30 minutes. Finally talk to somone and they tell me i cant have the package dropped off without a signature. I work 5 days a week on hours that mirror theirs so what i dont get what i ordered ? Absolutely the worst delivery company in the entire country.

Excellent service, delivered one day earlier and in good condition
