Purolator Canada reviews

Saying incorrect address even though it's clearly not. My parcel haven’t arrived yet and was supposed to receive in last Thursday

Paid extra for it to be shipped here tomorrow if it isn't I'm.goingnt be confronting someone about this I'm waiting for a pregnancy pillow for my wife

Tracking is not up to date....waited for 3 days...because it said "out for delivery"...wich was not accurate...sad for that big of a company not being up to date.

No communication about delivery. Very slow service. I don't know who's worse, Purolator or Canada post.

I have to agree with the other comments. I waited two weeks for a package to arrive. It was supposed to be one week max. Tracking was not always up to date and when it finally was ti be delivered to my son’s house, they sent it back ti the depot because no one was home. Of course who knew when it was supposed to be delivered. I guess you’re supposed to get a chair and wait by the front door. When I went to retrieve my package (my canister vacuum cleaner), I asked the girl to open the carton to make sure it was what I ordered. Then I asked if I could leave the shipping carton with them so I could fit the box in my vehicle. The other girl working there replied “we don’t take garbage”. Even though there were cartons piled all over the floor. Then I had to literally drag the carton out the door, down the steps and out to my vehicle. Then I had to get the inner box out, put it in the trunk and break down the shipping carton and try to fit it in to haul it away. I almost left it for them on the steps. Worst customer service ever.

Been waited for my parcel 2weeks because of some reasons of delay. I had requested for a redeliver at my address and the worst thing about it is they don’t say an estimation of day or time to deliver it so you gotta wait the whole day for your parcel to be delivered because they need you signature! I’VE WAITED FOR TWO DAYS AND NOTHING CAME! Now I have to wait for another 3 days to just pick it up??‍♀️

Apparently the house I live in doesn't exist, trying to get my shipping address changed has been a nightmare because they wont accept using any other mail drop off locations in my town. And just recently found out the the number that called that came up as suspected scam (I don't answer scams) was Purolator so I lost my chance to speak to a human yesterday. Why do they show up as scams?

Worst service. Non of the employee know their work Just answering everything with guesses. Would never choose their services. Only choose their services if you have lot of money to waste and don’t work as you gonna visit them a lot if u missed a parcel for their mistake

Very silly and non-challant company. Wish i could give a zero review. My package was picked up since the 5th of October and today is 19th its still yet to be delivered.

Honestly no one knows why the packages going to St Malo stop at Winnipeg without announce. It’s 45 min from here to there and you guys come daily to this town. Worst service ever.

Parcel was set to be delivered on day. Reached out to customer service to ensure it was en route as it was a high priority item. They ensured it would arrive on scheduled day between delivery hours. Parcel was not delivered.

Couldnt Deliver package because of a "road closure" but fed x managed to get a parcel to my door on same day! Guess Fed X cares more about customer service! Purolator a joke
