Garbage service for Purolator

I've been waiting on a package that I ordered on oct 22nd, the last tracking update is from October 24th, all it says is waiting for pickup. I contacted amazon and they presume the package was lost. This is not the first time my packages have been lost or extremely late being delivered. No matter who you try and contact you get no response as to what is going on with your items.

Very Very Bad Service, Since October,17,2022 to November 04, 2022 parcel going from Winnipeg to Ontario to Halifax NS to Winnipeg and again Winnipeg to Ontario, Investigation was opened one week before but nothing done to deliver back the item. Label was raised by the company. No responsibility. Not committed.

Awful service! A tv was delivered here Wednesday, my buzzer wasn’t working but I saw driver on my security channel, I ran downstairs and he had taken off within a few minutes. I called and it was supposed to be delivered the next day then I got an email saying it was dropped off at a store and I was to pick it up. Well I’m a 72 year old who can’t do this. I called again and a driver was to pick it up yesterday and deliver to me today. Well guess what a driver did not pick it up yesterday and it’s still at the location I am to pick it up at! Awful service!! Every time I call I’m on hold for 15 minutes. I called 5 different times. I really need a manager to call me!

Parcels not delivered, purolator message on Amazon said unable to deliver. No message left as to attempt and where to pick it up. Online it mentions another city an hour away. When I phoned I was told wait time at least 10 minutes before they call back. It’s now been at least half hour and no call. Last parcel they delivered was left outside our covered foyer and box was ripped. Not impressed . Since. Have to give a rating I give it one star only so my review will be posted

Saying incorrect address though its crystal clear all my delivery i got on this address. It supposed to be last week but not receive yet

I can’t track my package

The employees at staples in delta bc Canada are running a scam , fraudulent misrepresentation of the services they are offering, this is criminal and needs to be addressed

My guy in Cochrane is literally fantastic he should deff get a raise
