Worst delivery company ever

Nothing ever arrives on time with this company. Their tracking is worst… all their competitors have much better tracking tools. My parcel was in the same status for 5 days and now it’s 2 days late for delivery and probably won’t arrive today.

I have no idea where my package is. It doesn’t say on the info or anything. I severely regret using you guys as a delivery service. Beyond frustrated

Status has been frozen on shipping label created with no updates for 5 days. Amazon said it was lost. How did it get lost during pick up to sort facility? More like stolen. Purolator is a horrid company. Totally useless.

According to tracking number parcel will reached there yesterday but they left message that nobody at home and will let you know further from where you can pickup. I don’t know what they did ? We all are at home and even I have door bell. They didn’t even ring the bell. I don’t know how they said there was no receiver. Worst experience this time. I was waiting that package since3 weeks and it was really important for me. Now they are closed for Saturday and Sunday.

What a poor excuse for a delivery company they picked up parcel on Monday took 7 days to deliver parcel which I was only 7 hours away crap service

If there was an option for zero stars that’s what I would give them. Terrible service, ridiculous terms and conditions that MAKES NO SENSE!!! Not one person at purolator could give me an answer to my questio. Omg!!! The conversation enemy in circles, it was extremely frustrating. Also, presume to own your property by doing what they gleans with your shipment without your consent. They are also very contradictory. Disgusting service.

Good fast service a lot faster than a lot of other couriers alway had good deliveries from them.By a lot of reviews I must be a lucky one and am happy with their service.

garbage service.....how can you lose a phone from rogers, my blind uncle can do a better service

This is the 6th day I've been told my parcel is being delivered and then it doesn't come. I wouldn't mind so much but it's meds for my dogs.

Why don’t you guys just deliver our parcels like that, makes me upset that most people did not get there’s. sounds like I won’t have my parcel for awhile now sheesh do better
