Purolator Canada reviews

Bad service. I ordered from Amazon and it says it was delivered. But on Purolator site it says still on the vehicle. Where is my package??

Excellent and safe delivery.

Worse delivery service ever. They don't update tracking, waiting a month now for my parcel and still don't have it!!!!! Customer service blamed it on the company its coming from but its not, its been sitting for over two weeks waiting to be picked up!

Don’t know why Amazon are doing business with puralator?? I was supposed to receive my package on the 21 of November, now it says 2nd of december!! No notifications sonce the November 18th. When i called Amazon they just don’t care, they told call Puralator and that’s it, waiting time with customer service 50mn and nothing done…

Like to know why purolator is slow as a turtle at this time of the year they should deliver packages with in 1-2 days , if Amazon can deliver your order with in 24 hrs or Costco or ups do the same with in that time period what is purolaters problem

Ordered from Amazon. Package didn’t arrive . My account info said our Lola tier attempted delivery at 5:27 but there was a problem . This is a lie. Cameras catch all activity and no one came at all. Not to mention my office is beside the front door and my desk faces straight out . Why lie ? Just say it will be delayed until next day instead if keeping me guessing when and if it will arrive

Order parts Daily and the still loose my parts all the time

Worst service I've ever had and customer service agent I spoke to was just acting like it's fine I never have this problem with FedEx they atleast update there tracking info.

I ordered a stroller from Amazon Nov 9.Picked up by Puralator 10. Still has not arrived. Missed the baby shower yesterday.?. Ridiculous excuses. Extremely poor service. Wish Amazon would drop them. They do not do home delivery in Salmon Arm which limits the time people can pick up orders … if they ever arrive.

Missing packages for a week. No help from customer service. Inept and corrupt employees stealing packages and not caring about customers. Worse company ever!

No way to track a package without giving a credit card number even if you bought it from Amazon with prime shipping. Canada post you just type in the shipping code

Poor service for urgent deliveries also they didn’t pay attention on addresses and cancel it. On other hand I received same package from other delivery services.

Purolator is the absolute worst.

Terrible tracking service, they are days behind what's going on. At least customer service is polite. However they don't know much either.
