Package delayed because of Package issue.Package was on delivery truck out for delivery yesterday but didn't get delivered. So chatting with representative today, they shipped the package 400 km to a different city to tape up the box. Yes, yoy read this correct....400km to tape up the box, then they will ship back to my town 400km for delivery....just insane

You cannot call or send message to track because on the other side there is a stupid AI answering pre-defined questions. I can't track my delayed product. They dont provide expected delivery time. They can't t estimate it...

Worst delivery service ever. They could not track their own toes in a bathtub

I never has any issues with them and I guess I'm lucky cuz after seeing how many bad reviews this company has its pretty pathetic. Whoever runs this company should really look into why so many reviews. I would be ashamed having 2 out of 5 stars. It shouldn't this hard to deliver a package. You people need to communicate better.

Are you kidding me?!!!!!!! After waiting all day Saturday for s delivery thst did not come. I spent over a half hour on hold to tell them to keep parcel at the depot!!!! I checked just now and it's out for delivery!!!!!!!! Im at work and won't be home. How is this company still in buisness??????

I believe that my package was lost. I sent 3 parcels and only 2 arrived back at Amazon. Very frustrating

Package is at depot since last friday. Wrong postal code. Corrected same day. Site saying next business day which is Tuesday due to holiday. Told me not Tuesday cause truck was loaded night before. That's bs. Truck is on the island. Hard to load when it's not even in depot. Not happy. Been babysitting this for a week.pick up a darn phone and call

I am so dispaointed!!!! No notifcation via e-mail for shipment!!!! I found today slip in my backyard that was not tucked in properly at my door! Horrible service!!!!!

How are they still running a business, horrible service, how hard is it to find an adresse and deliver the packages, UPS does a great job, seriously!!!!
