Purolator Canada reviews

Worst service ever.. Delivery guy didn't give me a call and just left a note saying I was not at home but I was at home.. Nd tried calling purolator they didn't answer for almost half hour. Its my legal document from consulate. I ended up paying 120.0$ for the service and still struggling with the issue.

How can I contact the carrier that lost a package lost all my contacts for them seems like a horrible delivery company

Being concerned about not receiving an expected delivery, Purolator tracking indicated that my package had been sitting in a Purolator facility for 6 days until I notified Amazon. They notified Purolator, which interestingly got the package moving in my direction and showing delivery for today. Only time will tell if the package will arrive, and hopefully without damage.

Always late I've never recieved an actually package on time and when you check for updates there's nothing on there site that's letting you know what's happening .... I mean at last update us guys ?

The worst company I have ever seen in my life. Never completes the delivery, loses the product or says it came but did not show up or tries to call the buzzer.

Where is my parcel?

I don't understand why companies ship with Purolator. My package was picked up by them and the routed to within 5 miles of my place and then transferred to Canada Post. If the shipper had chosen C.Post to begin with my package would have arrived in 2 days instead of...I don't know yet..4 days and counting.

If I could leave a zero star I would. Every package that I've received, or not received as it may be, has been late, damaged, or I've not been notified it's ready for pickup. GET YOUR SH*T TOGETHER PUROLATOR!

Delivery came to my house but didn't knock or ring the doorbell. They left the paper slip for pick up dated the next day which is Friday. Went to pick it up the next day, they said package not there til Monday. They said the person gave us the paper made mistake. Wasted my time. Terrible as always purolator! I wish I could give -1 star

This is the worse delivery company I have ever worked with. Paid for next day delivery over 600.00 dollars been 6 days and they still do not know where my very expensive guitar is. How do people keep useing them. WHY!!!!

Horrible service. It’s like they lost my parcel as they have pulled down from the website what little information there was on my package. Way to go Amazon. Purolator just as bad as intelcom for delivery service

Have had nothing but problems such as taking our pkg to Tim Hortons beside our place to driving right by the driveway saying driveway was full of snow and I had a picture showing clear driveway which I sent picture to purolator.Latest being a delivery for Friday which never came and update says if not delivered by September 13 apply for refund next day.Top notch service.Hope they did a better job with their tackle hunger program thru the CFL.

And then they returned to the sender my package..so what happen to the conversation with the purolator agent?

I paid 58 dollars to deliver the package next day and it wasn’t delivered. I could have paid $13 with Canada post.
