Purolator Canada reviews

Rogers shipped a replacement modern to me on June 17 for local delivery and it's still in transit as of June 24, 2022. Rogers open up a trace with the modern that's M. I. A with status as out of deliver as of june18

We are waiting for an envelope that was mailed via purolater from Prince George to Courtenay on the 20 of June. Still do not have it. Has gone to Campbell River and back to Nanaimo for sorting and has been here but at the wrong address on Wednesday left my cousins parcels also at the wrong address. Neighbour walked over with the notice and we went and picked up the parcels at his place. They are nothing short of pathetic. Obviously after phone calls and everything else, they still cannot figure out where Courtenay is. Obviously they do not have gps. You do know Purolater is owned by the Post Office which explains everything. We have now spent four days waiting for this letter to arrive. We never use them as they are nothing short of stupid. From the guy driving to the dispatcher in Nanaimo not a brain in the pack….disgusting but UNION protection. Canada Post is the same.

Terrible Service!!!! Overnight Air - Extremely expensive and still waiting for Delivery 4 days later!! Fed Ex definitely next shipment

Horrible! Will avoid if possible as they do not listen to delivery instructions.

Never again don’t use this company Canada post is fast and more reliable. A package a hour away in now 4 hours away what a joke and it was sent express!

Terrible service. I have a tracking number that shows it was picked up on Monday June 20 and will be delivered today by 8 pm. There is no tracking info. It only shows picked by carrier. That is the end. Where is. my parcel. Terrible terrible service obviously lost

THEY LIST MY PACKAGE. It's not the first time. DEFINITLY the worst shipping company. They open a report or som' like that and now.... nothing, i'm still waiting! + the guy on the phone was SUPER rude. Worst customer service ever. Not going to do business with them, never again.

No parcel delivered even though it says it has been .. shows a picture of the flower pot outside my house but no parcel .. this was my husband 60th birthday present (his birthday is Friday) I’m disgusted with this service and to try and contact someone in person is important

I repeadly have packages say they are out for delivery then end up back in another city for processing. When I do get delivery if they don’t buzz my apartment they leave the package outside my door without knocking allowing for it to be stolen. I avoid purolator when I can.

Been waiting a month for item, supposed to be 2-3 days. Called and complained to customer service 10 days ago. Someone was supposed to check and call me back....No call yet ! Very Poor service.

Worse delivery lost my item says in sydney bc called and dont know anything?! Still waiting! ?
