Never received the prpackage in good condition. Had to return package to the vendor due to damage.

The worst service ever they can not find my package and keep saying it’s the new hub that they are having problems with then I was lied to do not use this company. No one knows where my package is

Three weeks and still no pkg...stuck??? The other half of my order was shipped by Canada post and was received in one week. Purolator gets a big Zero from me. No help with them either...

The worst service ever. 4 times in the last 6 months that one parcel have been delivered to me through Purolator. Zero notification in advance, zero respect of the scheduled delivery day. Customer service always unreachable or waiting long enough to convince you to drop off. Customer service voice mail enables you to aks for being recalled within the next ten minutes, they never call you back... Well if you the choice, never use Purolator !

This was disgusting delivering my parcel no wrong adress when its clearly mentioned basement suite them how you can deliver to upstair.main floor.

Package dropped at their centre from the 18 and still has not moved to where it’s to go and today is the 24th. This place is nonesense.

The worst delivery service I have ever dealt with. Will not deliver your parcel to your door and will lie and say they made attempts when they never did. Don't use if possible.

16 days to pick up package for delivery after label created. Been 4 days now and tracking says it is still in warehouse where originally picked up from. 21 days now and no idea when items will arrive. Would have missed my pruning time if I didn’t go buy the same products because mine aren’t arriving. Plan on waiting at least a month for delivery (if it’s here within the next 7 days) if Purolator is used, as delivery service.

They’re a joke. If your order is coming via purolator, BEWARE! Its a scam where they might even steal things and misplace items so if your order is coming via big brand retailers and you see shipment via purolator- just say NO. Do not give them any more business.

Just awful like I’ve been waiting for four weeks for my order and it’s in Canada but they still haven’t delivered it like they just take way too long to deliver something it’s literally so freaking easy

Worst service ever. I received a notification for pick up location. I went there next day at designated time, was told package has not arrived yet. Went again today, was told/shown on tracking that package was delivered. Never seen such unprofessionalism in my life.

You have lost my return package to Amazon returned by me to a Purolator Agent on May 13 th. In the tracking record it was last delivered to an “Alternate Address “Toronto East on May16 th. Then everything stopped there. Cannot contact anyone under “ contact us”. Amazon has not received the pkg. I checked. What do I do? Bad service to say the least and I am out $20.I rate you a “0” stars even though I put 1 star. I could not rate you zero stars in order to send this review.
