May 12th last update shipping label created, waiting for pu. Seller advises picked up. Spoke to "live" person today and Purolator has not picked up. Hmmm....MIA ?

The worst company, I was supose to receive my item on the 13th and change to 16th, never move from the 13th. Now on the 16th another delay. Lost two days of work waiting because of this company. They tell you a date and they dont deliver.

The most recent package being delt with this company has taken longer then 1-3 days. But usually they get it to me in the next day or 2 after ordering! Might have a hiccup once in a while. But still better then canada post!

My parcel was supposed to arrive for mother day, today is may 16 and its been in transit since may 4. Disaster.

I don't know what's going on with this company but failed delivery of package with no notice. How nice. Ask me again tu help support your company next time you call strike.

TERRIBLE! said my package was on truck for delivery since two days ago!! Meanwhile a purolator truck stopped right in front of my house the morning it said it was on truck for delivery! I called and they told me “their driver didn’t have enough time to finish their deliveries! And I will get in it two days now! Sooooo RIDICULOUS! How hard is it to deliver a package?

Well package was supposed to be here May 12, still sitting in Ontario for a week. No updates. Can’t see myself getting this package anytime soon. Cancel this order, thanks for wasting my time.

Very bad service. Two weeks since shipping and no package. Shippers shouldn’t use purolator for shipping
