A delivery service that doesn’t deliver a lot of time wasted horrible customer service

Parcel delivered when they said it would be delivered! Friendly and courteous!

Hiding poor service behind local tragedies

Got a call after one delivery attempt. Ask them to deliver it again but haven't received anything or heard anything, also, the tracking # provided to me on the phone was incorrect!

Parcel was delivered ahead of the time that the seller had projected. Very pleased with the service.

After reading a lot of other reviews I am glad I am not alone! I will inform Amazon and hopefully they’ll stop using Purolator as the company clearly is a mess (and has been for many years). I’m still waiting for my package to be “redelivered” and right now it seems to be in the ether! There now, I feel better.

This is the only courier company I have problems with. Some of the drivers don’t seem to want to do their job. Tracking info is a mess and ALWAYS has been. It is not the current climate - that is just your current excuse for bad or no service.

My package was not delivered to me. It was delivered on different address. Your service was really bad!!

This bussiness is a natural disaster and should be embarrassed to call themselves couriers. They are way better at storage than Delivery.

I am waiting for my package since last Monday

Delivery person knocked and didn’t wait for a second. Until I rush and open the door he left leaving a note for pick up which is far away. When I went to pick up location, my order was not arrived. It has been 3 days now and the delivery status still shows in transit
