The tracking system is usually not updated on time and customer service is not helpful for this kind of inquiry. Added to the transportation delays, poor service is building up.

My $400 item was lost by Purolator but reported on their website as delivered. The investigation lasted a couple days and only ended by asking the driver who hardly recalled the delivery three weeks prior, however, stated that he did deliver (I doubted he would state otherwise). No video or other sufficient track records is maintained at the company. They neither apologized nor offered a compensation. They did not even care to respond when I said that I would not leave this issue as is and would apply to the court for protection.

I have had parcels delivered from west coast and from eastern Canada. Thus far the parcels have arrived before or on the date expected. I would suggest to make sure parcels are secured for their travel as sorting is probably a tad rough along the way. Shippers ensure the items to be packaged accordingly. Usually very good serice, this time delivery has been not very good. My shipment was picked up in Bramton on Jan 4th and I still don't have it.
