The worst courier ever.

Very poor delivery never on time. Why advertise overnight shipping when you can't deliver. Special thanks to Joey who has went above and beyond to try and make things happen!

Terrible service, worst ever and I still don't know if it's been delivered....from Dec 3 to Dec 15

Always on time. Always reliable

The driver came to the front door after office hours but did not see the open side door of the building where 10 employees could receive the package. And there was no redelivery the next business day. so we are now 2 days later and still no parcel.

Still, Purolator has not registered my Reference number. Unable to track. Went back to CIBC source who confirmed my item was sent.

Never have luck with Puralator. . Waited at home all day for a parcel from the bay. Have no idea where to Pick it up.

Parcel stock in Montreal for weeks. Called twice and noting move.

In these days of porch pirates/ parcel thefts how hard is it to ring a doorbell and/ or quick knock on the door when dropping a parcel off??? Big sign on the screen door asking to please ring the doorbell with an arrow pointing to where it was. Just happened to be checking for the mail and notice the parcel on the porch . Wow not so great customer service !!!
