This order was picked up in London ONTARIO on Dec 30th and only arrived in Winnipeg on January 6th! Why the delay? And it is now 10:40 on January 7th and still no parcel!

I wish you could put 0 stars. They claim they “attempted delivery”, but they did not. Now I have to drive an hour to pick it up myself. So disappointing. I now avoid companys shipping with purolator.

My parcel went from Toronto, to Calgary and disappeared "due to natural disaster" (that I cannot find on the news). Map now shows it in the NWT! Sigh.

Delayed the parcel...natural disaster...only thing I can think of would be because it's snowing? ?

Route Map absolutely confusing. It goes to the US and back again to Canada. No wonder it took13 days (instead of 5 days) to reach destination

Two weeks waiting for my package. I am receiving emails for attempted delivery and no sign of any attempt. The package is probably returned to the sender. I am disappointed of the Purolator crevices.

Whenever I order from Amazon and it’s delivered by Purolator it’s always late. I don’t know why but I ordered a parcel to come to Saskatoon yesterday it’s now in Montreal. No explanation from anyone as usual. Purolator not reliable

This is the third time in a row we have had late packages this current one is 3 days late now a little bit of snow falls and Purolator shuts down Purolator delivered our treadmill with the box ripped dented and beat up 2 days late "in the summer" And was late with my 3d printer Compared to other companies Purolator should shut down the business you are of very poor quality and service

Switch health registered a Covid-19 package pick up between 9-12 & its still sitting outside in the black package bin? After holding on your line for 30 minutes I hung up. I called again and 10min still on hold. Your chat wanted me to pay to find out where your driver is! This is BS
